Overall this place was pretty good. My son ordered the fresh vegetables with his meal, but when they came out they were not so fresh reason for the 4 in food. Everything else was delicious and hot. Our server was Ingrid she was great.

Me and my friend went this afternoon 7/11 at 1:30 the best time to go .Are waitress name was Bridget she was on point with everything never had one that was there with everything..Will be back..and the Rib eye was good as well. ..

Our waitress was the best we have ever had here. I wish I knew her name. We were asked very specifically about add ons and options we had never been asked about before. Such as if we wanted marshmallows on out sweet potato, or how many shrimp we wanted added to the steak. Great overall experience, we were just sat at a horribly high traffic area and with 4 kids became very overstimulated very quickly.

Food was very cold, waitresses was not attentive, gave her my food @ 9 pm to be remade received food back @ 9:22 and still cold waitress didn’t bring food back out someone else still never checked in on us 5/10

As a fan of the chain overall but this evening in the Lynchburg Texas Roadhouse everything that could be wrong was... drinks took 20 minutes and were wrong. No rolls till 4th time we asked. 2 starters on the bill but only one made it to the table and it came with the dinners. 7 dinners- 1 totally wrong item but he left in case we wanted it while cooking the right . 2 were not done even close to what the ticket showed. 3 steaks were cold when they got there. The fixed meal was not ready till after we were done with dinner so they brought it with a box but the food was bad enough we left the boxes. From time we sat till we could pay was 1 hr 52 minutes on a Wednesday night starting at 720pm. That was no dessert and nothing from the bar. I didn't make a fuss because our friends who took us there felt horrible already. Still left a 30 tip because I think most of the issues were in the kitchen. My advice to anyone reading this GO TO ANY OTHER STEAKHOUSE IN LYNCHBURG VA!!!!@

Had 30 minute wait when we arrived there at 4:00pm. Another 30 minute wait before our order was taken. The server was ok, but the serve time was horrible. At 7:17pm, we finally left the restaurant. Won't be going back there anytime soon
