Our waitress was great, and doing the best she could with the hand she was dealt! We waited 42 minutes before we even saw the salad, while others who were seated after us got their food in less time! When they told us the appetizer would probably come out with the meal, I cancelled it! Their manager was less than helpful, and I could tell that her comments were scripted! I told her to do better! I don’t particularly recommend this place, but to each his own!

Extremely busy place but the food is always amazing!!! We celebrated my cousins 12th Heavenly birthday, so it was about 10-12 of us so we waited a whole but it was well worth it! I hope and pray I’m spelling her name right but “Braylan” was our serve. Beautiful young lady who took great care of both tables we set at!!! Thank you for your service young lady!!

Waited 45 min for food, table got sat next to us and got their food within 15-20 min. Asked for the manager and conveniently got our food right before she walked up. Was not very empathic about our complaints that three out of four steaks were not cooked properly and the rest of the sides were cold. Only offered to get us more bread and put steaks back on the grill. Waitress was understanding. Normally not a complainer but this was not pleasant at all.

Last night, my family and I were celebrating my husband’s promotion and he chose to eat at TR. We arrived to a packed house! Our wait was not long at all and once seated, we met Steven, our server. The rest of the night was 10 stars out of 5! The service, the food, the laughs, the fun… Steven is a gem. We’re used to servers who don’t speak unless spoken to and often can’t be found if something is needed. Steven checked on us often, carried on conversation with us, made us laugh, replenished drinks and bread quickly and often…he was a rockstar! I hope he gets a bonus or recognition of some type for this review because it is well-deserved. I will go back to TR just to have Steven as my server. I’m thankful Steven took care of us on my husband’s special night. He was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Less than 30 minutes wait for a table for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Paid around 80 dollars which included an appetizer and drinks. Service was fantastic.

A herd of turtles may have given better service. Half hour until drinks or ordering after being seated. Then 45 minutes later we got a salad and one bowl of chili arrived. Another 30 minutes and we saw ~1/2 of what was ordered but only 3/4 of that was cooked as ordered. No disrespect to those who can do the "knock the horns off, wipe the arse" rare fare, I'm just not that chill with raw meat. Then a full bill with a smirk. Since we had lost faith in Faith we went full Karen and spoke to the manager. One meal comp and we left. Doubt we'll return. The whole place could use a good scrub down. I realize they're busy and I'm not opposed to waiting if what you wait for is quality. Raw grisly steak, missing surf, incorrect sides, etc. don't warrant the price.

Several groups that placed their name on the list were seated before us. After an hour we were told that there were still people ahead of us. We were also put down for the wrong number in our party.
