No matter how good the coffee is it’s not worth the 30 minute wait.

THE best and HEALTHIEST cafe in Lynchburg!!!

Delicious pastries! Amazing selection! Fantastic atmosphere! (We love the outdoor seating in the Spring/Summer/Fall!)

We only recently discovered this place, and now my husband and I love coming here! Everything we've gotten so far has been amazing. Decent prices too!!

And we discovered that they use freshly milled flour in all their products!!! Amazing!!! ❤❤❤

One of our FAVORITE places in Lynchburg, hands down.🙌

(I just wish they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays too. 😭😅)

An absolute LYH gem. The best pastries and baked goods in town. Plus they offer really fabulous cooking classes; several of which I’ve taken. Most recently I took a pasta making workshop with my husband which was such a fun date night! I highly recommend stopping in for a little treat and a coffee or checking out their class lineup. Another little secret is they sell their fabulous croissants frozen and ready to bake so you can enjoy them at home! I took them to a girls brunch and it was such a hit!

I've taken several baking classes in The Teaching Kitchen. They're a lot of fun! I love learning to make new foods and then getting to take home my creations! The classes are well put together and aren't a huge time commitment.

I've also tried some of their coffee and pastries (caramel latte and blueberry roll during my last visit)... so good! Definitely didn't disappoint.

Spending the weekend in Lynchburg and got surprised by this chic bakery. The kolache is really good love the texture and We both enjoyed having their taco soufflé for breakfast. Tried their sunset tea as well love the taste and the look of it. Don’t recommend their croissant too oily.

I adore this place! The tasty food, the unlimited drip coffee refills; it’s one of the few places I know of where I’m not spending an arm and a leg on drip coffee! I stop here on my bike rides fairly often to get my caffeine fix in! Staff is always super wonderful and have a great attitude! I will continue to frequent this place every chance I get!

Overall a nice place. Seems extremely chaotic, maybe controlled chaos. Either way, the small things matter. The gratuitous water ran out, customer had to ask for the self serve coffee to be filled after purchased, no napkins available for spills on the tables, tables not maintained customers required to wipe clean. Pastries on the other hand are fantastic, and maybe that’s all that matters.

The sign for a baked good indicated the cost was $4. They told me the sign was incorrect and it was $5. They wouldn't honor the sign displayed. I asked for it to be charged the price advertised and they told me no, they would cancel my order. Is it really worth losing $1 to keep a customer happy when it wasn't their fault? False advertising is illegal FYI.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking the 3 part cake decorating/baking class. Kayla was informative and helpful as we learned how to bake and decorate layered cakes. I was VERY satisfied with the end result. Now I can bake my daughter birthday cakes:)
