I've been a regular here for a year now and I think it's important to note that these baristas are amazing individuals. They often have to work shifts completely alone which isn't always easy when there's a lot of people or having customers who don't care enough to understand (and unfortunately leave dishonest reviews out of anger which is why I'm here). The owner is incredibly sweet and makes great coffee, and the manager/other barista is fun to talk to, and she makes really great drinks too. I love this place so much. Every regular here knows that these baristas do their best even when they're met with entitled customers ;)

I love the vibe of this place. It reminds me of quietly relaxing in my den or living room while reading and enjoying my coffee. Can you tell I chose the couch to sit on!? Coffee drinks are great. I haven't had food there yet. I look forward to going there each time.

Walk in, got ignored at the front counter after waiting for 5 minutes for the girl to look up and say something. Finally said excuse me and the barista looked up and said “sorry, I still have 10 minutes left on my break”
Not even a greeting or anything, am I supposed to wait until you’re off your break to order? Rude as hell, won’t be back.

I love coming to the Insomnia Night on Wednesday, it's so cosy and relaxing. The drinks are also fantastic, especially their specials are always on point! Definitely one of my favorite spots. The barista Natalie is truly the face of this place. She always greets with a smile and a warm welcome, and she's great at making conversation with customers.

Came in this past Saturday and the barista (I believe her name is Natalie) was extremely welcoming. I felt bad because it was shortly before closing time but she was very kind and accommodating. She helped me pick out a drink, a maple latte with cold foam! Aside from the amazing service, the drink was so yummy and the perfect fall coffee! The music being played was also great, as was the atmosphere! Will definitely be back

Went in for the first time tonight. Arrived at 6:25 and tried to order 2 lattes. The barista said they were closing soon and she could only offer us cold brew. They close at 7:00. Absolutely ridiculous.
Visiting Lynchburg so this was my first time at this coffee shop. Service was a bit slow but barista was nice! Cute place. I had a hard time finding it but a nice lady told me how to get into the shop. Mocha tastes very different from what I’m used to.

Went in this past weekend for the first time, now it's one of my new favorite shops! The barista named Natalie was super sweet and gave me the recommendation to try a salted caramel toasted marshmallow iced latte when I told her I couldn't decide. We also asked her for recommendations on places to go as we just moved here, and she was simply a walking tour guide! The atmosphere of the shop was amazing--the music, people, decorations, baristas, everything!!! Will definitely be back
