Never again! Tried to go this Saturday morning and there were 3 tables with people eating and all the other tables taken with laptops and papers spread out. Let me know when you start being something other than a library!

Comfy little coffee shop with a chill vibe and great employees. Everyone behind the counter is friendly and quick to help with any issue that arises. Their line of coffees is great and if you're into light roast coffee, their Brightside is one of the best I've ever had.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the ambience was wonderful! The place was bustling with business, and you've got to wait sometimes to find a seat. If you go on a nice day you can sit outside. The coffee tasted yummy. I did not eat
Great food, coffee, and vibes. Mostly college students or people working remotely. The cafe itself is a creative aesthetic with a cool loft. Nice spot to chill!

I came into this establishment to get a DoorDash order but the order I felt was not packaged properly so I went to the front for assistance. There were two women working in the front. They continued to talk to each other as they were making orders and did not even acknowledge me standing there. Then one of the workers proceeded to ignore me and help the two women behind me. I was baffled. So I asked for the manager and I told her my concerns and she helped me. The employees at this establishment have poor customer service skills and need more training or maybe this place needs a whole new team rather. I was discriminated against and the way I was treated was unacceptable. This place shouldn’t even be open right now!

The Muse Coffee shop is perfect!!!! I was looking for a properly made cortado and they delivered!!! During my visit , it was very crowded with students.. It was standing room only but there were a few available tables outside. Unfortunately , I ended up getting my hot beverage to go. The vibe here is everything a coffee shop should be!!! It's warm , inviting and relaxing. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Lynchburg!!!!

I try to be the most considerate person I can, I put myself in people's shoes but I waited over 40 minutes for a Togo order that was 2 coffees toast and a muffin, I even saw my food ready for over 5 minutes, I am not trying to be rude I just wish they prioritized time management better...
