The staff and atmosphere were amazing. The food was next level was very blown away by the Pan Thai eggrolls specifically shrimp were huge. Best I've ever had in my life. Also got the stir crazy chicken and rice. Also great and drinks were tasty. Definitely recommend and will be returning..

The Neighbors Place, a hidden gem! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was absolutely delicious! They have a wide variety of foods, steak, seafood, Cajun and would definitely recommend! We will be back!! Favorite place in Lynchburg so far!!

Had high hopes, our first time here. Food was average, below average. Mahi was hammered, very dry, needed triple remoulade to compensate. The mushroom risotto on the other hand was undercooked! Rice was grainy. I returned it but did get a yummy baked potato with ample butter and sour cream. The food for the others in my party about the same. Won't return when I'm in Lynchburg.

Horrible experience. Even reached out after and not one manager even responded to apologize. We had a party of over 10 and EVERYONE was respectful and nice during the entire debacle. They never even offered any money off our meals. I will never go there again.

The Neighbors Place restaurant served us perhaps the best steak dinner ever. The price was more than fair,…. The service was spot on,…. The facility was attractive & clean. A huge shout-out to everyone that works to make this place happen.
If we ever get back to this town we will make a beeline to eat & drink here. Oh… did I say the beer was cold.!!!!

First time here since I'm new to this area. I'd heard all good things so I decided to try their happy hour.
It's easy to find and it's an attractive building. Plenty of parking for happy hour on a Wednesday, but I can imagine that's not the case on a Friday or a weekend. It's on a side street that's pretty tight.
It was nice (but a little dated with the beige carpet) decor. It was also very clean.
I sat at the bar and was handed menus immediately. I chose to have an Absolut mule and the spinach dip. The mule was small but fine...I didn't taste the vodka though. The spinach dip was pretty tasteless and I was disappointed. I ate about a third of it and was done.
I decided to change course since I needed lunch for the rest of the week, so I got the blackened chicken pasta with garlic bread and a house Cabernet Sauvignon.
Much better choice, althoughthe garlic bread was kind of soggy... not really toasted.
I'll definitely try this place again, maybe on a weekend evening or something. I'd like to try more of the menu (it's huge). It's not cheap but not exorbitant either.
Also, the patio area was nice. I ate inside but went out there to smoke. The bartender told me there were ashtrays out there but I had to ask a server for one.

There was a waitress who was to be our server. She was the most rude server I have ever had in a resturant. She got ticked off because I asked a qusetion about pricing, then stormed off in the middle of my wifes question. With that we looked at each other and walked out. We never have had such a nasty rude server in 41 years of marrige.
