Moved here from Colorado about a month ago and this place was first on my list of places to check out. It’s exceeded my already lofty expectations. On my second visit I brought my dog who admittedly has never done great in public settings because he’s a 3 year old high energy lab/pit mix and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to take my boys from back home here when they come to visit, just an all-time establishment.

Was a great experience with great food. The only downfall the kid seating us wouldn't take requests for a booth because the servers all needed a rotation which I get. We had a toddler in a high chair and it is easier to corral him to a booth than table with a million people walking around him, one person even tripped over the high chair and almost fell as his party was being seated. The crab fries, crab sandwich was very good. Beer was luke warm, was hoping for ice cold, but great selections. Giving 5 stars as everything was above par, out waitress was great and attentive even though it was super busy. Will definitely be back and maybe sit outside so the kiddo can play. Thanks for a new fave!

Waited for 20 minutes after being seated outside by the bar. I didn’t even get water or a drink brought to my table, 0 acknowledgement after being seated. I’ve eaten here before more than 10 times. I feel like the ball was dropped today in a major way.

My mom got the corndog....it was soggy (rated 4/10). My Nana got the Ruben she said it was okay (and that's her favorite sandwich). I got the fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was fried well but pretty bland. I did get to sample some fruit beers (nothing like European fruit beer, and tasted good but not what I was looking for) which was cool. It stormed and we ate outside without a problem. Our waitress was awesome.

The food is great. Oysters, great and such a luxury to have in Lynchburg. The only complaints are that it's not ADA compliant, if you have a handicapped person with you it could be an issue. My mother needs a walker and stairs are very difficult for her even with assistance. Your choices are going to be sit at the high top chairs outside or take the stairs. Ok. And it's hot. They do their best with fans, but with the open doors, and configuration of the dining area, it's very warm in the summer. It was uncomfortable. We had a party of five, and I guess that's an issue, so we had to wait a while for them to push tables together, and of course, each table wobbled like crazy. I know it's a little thing, but they have to be aware when the clean them. Speaking of cleaning, we had to wipe our own tables down when we sat down because, of course they were still wet. Also for some reason they don't give you knives with your silverware, you have to request them. I love the concept. I love the food. But I don't know how they haven't had an ADA suit and they really seem to struggle as a staff with simple things. Your mileage may vary.
Came here because of the reviews and location. Will not be back. Our waitress was really good. Our food was mediocre. The noise level was intolerable. So loud that everyone in my party had to lean over and nearly be in each other's face to hear one another talk. And it wasn't just us. I looked around and most everyone was the same way.

Such a great place. The food and service were wonderful. We loved the vibe in general the Western Burger is phenomenal. After telling friends from out of town about it, they can't wait to come visit to check it out. I wish I could eat here every week.
