I ordered takeout online Saturday and went to go pick it up, the restaurant was closed and lights were out. I tried calling and no one answered. They took my money online and haven’t gave a refund. I am disputing the charge with my card company. They really need to change their online ordering service if they are going to be closed. It even says on google that they were open.

So I’ve been over the Chinese selection in this area but I ordered from the Chinese portion of the menu for this restaurant and I am so impressed not disappointed I should’ve known my go to for this restaurant has always been the hot and sour soup let me start by saying the veggies in the soup are always crisp the taste of the base is the best spice and sour combo but what pushes this over the edge is I usually don’t enjoy the taste of mushrooms in anything but you would almost assume this was meat the way it complements this soup tonight I also got the chicken and broccoli combination plate everything was perfect the chicken does not have that slimy taste that makes most of the food around this area trash it’s real chicken breast the veggies are crisp and even the yum yum sauce takes this up two notches I love this place and highly recommend it if you want good food for your money because this plate was so heavy enough for 2 days

Decided to give this place a shot, since it practically lives in the shadow of Kings Island. I didn't know it was only take away or pick up, no dine in. But they were fast with making my order, and everything tasted great!

First and last time. Mei Fun was terrible - tasteless and tough. Sesame chicken - bland and chewy. "Fried rice" was more like a paste. Total waste of (too much) money.

I received their menu in the mail and ordered some of their Hibachi dinner entrees for delivery. I was very disappointed as the steak was completely overdone and the shrimp was also extremely overdone flavor was okay but they have no idea how to cook their meats needless to say I threw it in the trash

We looked for Asian cuisine, specifically searching for soup. Today is very cold and my wife wanted something to warm up. The reviews were positive. It was clear that masks were required, which we had planned and prepared for each family member. Upon arrival, there was no dine-in seating and no message to lead us to believe we needed to pre-order. Your choice is to order takeout or have it delivered. We live too far away to have anything delivered. It also does not make any sense to order soup and drive 35-40 minutes home! Very disappointed!! More accurate information would help this restaurant!!!

I work across the street and eat here quite often, and I have never had an issue with the food or the service. Very quick and the staff is always very nice and speedy. No complaints, would definitely recommend trying them if you have not.

This place completely turned me off to eating here ever again. I walked up to order and seen roaches crawling all over the windows. Absolutely disgusting. I have eaten here before and the food wasn't bad but NEVER again.

This use to be one of my favorite places to get chinese/hibachi now not so much. The chicken was undercooked,yet mushy. Charge way to much for extra steak for it to be tough and chewy. I'm so dissapointed,so much money wasted.

Ask for an extra side of teriyaki sauce, they reduce it over the griddle before they give it to you and it's amazing.
