I was called into an interview for a kitchen position by the owner and I am over qualified for this position with my servsafe certification and supervisor experience for kitchen positions. I arrived early via the bus and the owner saw me and made the excuse of being terribly busy and she couldn’t talk to me. She is unprofessional and her English dialogue is very hard to comprehend so she wasted my time as I just left my graveyard shift at my current job to be there to talk to her about employment. I am an African American person and when she laid her eyes on me she was determined not to hire me.

Ate there the other day food was delicious. The people who run the place are very nice to! Close to the hospital.

Barbara created some delicious deli trays of ham, turkey, her famous chicken salad, special breads, lettuce, tomato, homemade potato salad, macaroni salad and a large tray of her famous made-from-scratch chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. The food was fresh, beautifully presented and fed our large family for a celebration of life in honor of our dear Mother. Mom’s favorite lunch destination was Tradewinds Cafe, where we were always treated with special food, love and care. Thank you, Barbara- it enabled me to spend more time with guests during our multi-day event and everyone loved the food!
