horrible service no consideration for allergies when asked

The Açaí Bowl with Nutella Drizzle is consistently *amazing* but overpriced. The staff is always super efficient but one female staffer today was cursing like a sailor and another one was casually sitting on the countertop.

I would usually go to this place once or twice a day, not anymore! The orders are never done right. The drinks are never consistent! The salads are never consistent. they're very stingy on the salad garnishing. Last year each time I would go to make a purchase my, drinks would never be consistent. So I stopped coming for a year. I started coming back to tropical smoothie, after moving back here from California..... Needless to say they still don't have it together! I will no longer continue to be a customer at tropical smoothies, You lost a good faithful customer that came to you once or twice a day sometimes. I'm taking my money elsewhere

Went through the drive thru for a veggie wrap with NO CHEESE and when I got to the window to pick up I confirmed it was no cheese. They had to remake it. Afterwards, the lightskinned male worker threw it through my window.
Afterwards he proceeded to argue with me about it in the parking lot.

There were like 5 people working in the back, but no one on the cash register. We made eye contact with several employees but they ignored us and we ended up leaving. One of them even acknowledged us to another employee but they still ignored us.

Great service, bad smoothie. How do you mess up a smoothie....don't blend it. The smoothie had chucks of ice and pieces of kale, I could barely sip it. Why are you in a rush?

I honestly don’t have anything nice to say about this tropical smoothie. The staff is not friendly. The food is definitely not good. I used to order a sandwich here fairly regularly. The portion size has significantly decreased, and the bread is almost always stale and hard. Everything is way overpriced, and the staff is rude and slow.

This location is horrible. It’s happened a few times now but today was the worst service thus far. They will have 3-5 people working in the back making smoothies and food- but no one minds the register. You can stand here and be ignored for 20 minutes easily. I’ve never said a rude word to these people but every time I go here I feel like they all hate me. If you want to go inside and eat, just go thru the drive thru and get your food before walking in. You’ll get better service. I’m done with this location which stinks because my family likes Tropical Smoothie.

Took family here for smoothies and also got the flat bread sandwiches absolutely delicious. Will be back to try more

The Bahama Mama was tasty and so was the Pomegranate Plunge!! I used the mobile app both times to place orders and pick them up in store. There's also an avocado breakfast sandwich thing that's very good!

This location is usually pretty solid. But tonight, an hour before closing, none of the four employees inside answered the drive-thru speaker nor did they open the window when I pulled up to it.

I ended up going inside and picking up my mobile order. The smoothies were simply bad. Large chunks of ice blocked the straws and it was apparent that they’d been blended for too short a time. The flavor was also significantly off—at least compared to how my exact order from here usually tastes.

Everyone has an off night, but it feels like I threw away $20 with this one. Not to mention a somewhat thick haze of smoke and the smell of burnt food filling the dining room.

Guy serving me insisted on finishing his conversation with the guy dropping off produce instead of serving me had to wait almost 5 minutes just to order because he was chatting away.
