Amazing service. Keri an herbaceous team showed great customer service. Food was great smoothie was flavorful. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms smelled good. Great place to chill worh the family. By the way all the employees where laughing and smiling. Look like there where enjoying there work environment. Excited to see this place back to an upbeat clean scale

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great place for delicious Smoothies and food items, Keri is so nice and helpful and does a super awesome job getting the Smoothies and food out correctly and speedy to you, also very friendly and do anything to help you out! Great people and great food here, im definitely a regular for life!

I could tell from the minute the woman came through the drive thru speaker that this was a different Tropical Smoothie. She was very helpful and on the ball with everything. I let her know how great she had been and she introduced herself and that she was the new GM. She was great to work with, I recommend checking out the new Tropical Smoothie.

From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted by all employees including the GM whose name is Keri. She made the ordering process very simple for me as well as checking in afterwards to make sure my food and smoothie was up to par. Overall, very superb customer service and experience.

I have literally been waiting in line stuck for 15 minutes and I cannot leave due to the design of the drive through. Completely unacceptable.

I came through The drive-through and asked for a minute so I could figure out my order. Yall weren’t busy at all but decided to continuously ask if I was ready after every minute. I felt as though I was being rushed. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE SO YOU RUSHED ME TO CONTINUE TO DO NOTHING BASICALLY. Learn patience. I understand the time limit but It doesn’t make it okay for you to rush a customer. In my opinion after that experience yall don’t even deserve 1 star. Do better. Today is January 14th and it’s 1:30. Whoever was there at that time needs a talking to because I very much did not appreciate that service.
