Lemme tell yall about the wonderful experience we had with Upper Crust.
Last night we ordered three large pizzas + a GF pizza at 7:15 for an event. The gentleman that answered the phone (Luke) was VERY nice. The order was accurate and ready on time, and it was good pizza! Then, at 7:45 we realized we hadn’t ordered nearly enough. We called to place an order for 3 more large pizzas, not realizing that the store closed at 8. Luke answered the phone again and was happy to take our order, politely informing us that they closed soon.
When I arrived to get the pizzas, I apologized for ordering so close to closing time— Luke was there and reassured that it was no problem at all, and asked how we’d enjoyed the pizzas from the first order. Then, when our food was ready, (because I’m in a sling) he even offered to carry them out to my car for me!
We received top-notch customer service last night— nothing particularly special happened, but every interaction was just so pleasant. Luke was SO kind— he kept a huge smile on his face. He not only was unbothered by us ordering so close to closing, but seemed happy to do it. I hope this review is seen and that he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you Upper Crust, and thank you Luke!

The pizza was overly greasy and had very little sauce its was basically just cheese bread with a pile of grease. However I do feel that the service was very friendly and had very nice staff I personally just wasn’t a fan of the pizza give it a try maybe u will like it.

Take out only but best pizza place I've had in Lynchburg. Recommend the pepperoni pie, get it well done! They have a nice loyalty card program to get a free pizza after making several purchases.Their cheese bread is ok, but you're better off with just getting a cheese pizza instead. Their carnivore pizza is great too.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service and the pizza, which was delicious. Jaylen took the order and gave us a suggestion. The pizza was wonderful! We liked how they cut the peppers & onions thin. We will definitely return ?
A passenger in my car told me about this place so I tried an extra cheese, pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful, the cheese pull on the pizza was insane. Especially since it took me 10 minutes to find a place to pull over to try it. The sausage was savory, the pepperoni was crisp with a bacon like flavor. Sauce was really good as well. I give it a 9 out of 10. 10 being excellent. Worth the time and money if you're in the Lynchburg area and as good as any place where I live in the Roanoke Valley if not better.

Best pizza in Lynchburg. Went in for a slice just a minute past their cutoff and they had one slice left. It was quite tasty. Friendly employees and nice chill atmosphere.
