Came here with friends for hibachi. Both server and chef were extremely unprofessional and made our group feel uncomfortable. The chef made multiple inappropriate comments, including ones with teenagers in the cooktop with us. Server got the order wrong, and I was served the wrong order as well. The overall experience was not good and left us disappointed.

This hibachi restaurant stands out as my favorite in town. Furthermore, the people here are extremely friendly.

This was an under par experience for me. Other Japanese steakhouse are fun and lively this one was not. The food was ok the vegetables weren't cooked long enough, they were very crunchy. Just overall not the best

This was my first time eating here as I normally got to Koto. The sushi was better at Wasabi and the atmosphere was amazing. We sat with a very nice group of ladies and it was one of their birthdays so that was fun to kinda celebrate with them. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He prepared everything perfectly. The only reason I gave a 4 for service is our serve was not very communicative. He did not let us know any salad dressing options nor did he even ask if we wanted the soup and salad. Which broke my heart bc most of us really didn't even want salad and it was wasted. He was really nice. I juat wish he had spoken more and guided us through the process. All in all a great experience and I will be going here from now on. Excellent food! Beautiful restaurant as well.

Ordered takeout. The most underwhelming meal I’ve had in years. Portions were criminally small and the quality average at best.

We had reservations for ten pp at 6PM under Cates. We arrived at approx. 5:35PM, was waiting on other members of our party, and noticed host on his cellphone, not paying attention to customers, wearing a frumpy hoodie, and would only put his phone down when a customer walked through the door. The cashier was setting at a table drinking a soda, also on his phone, and a server joining him in between having to tend to a customer. the rest of our party arrived, and were seated. Another couple were already at the table, and had already received drinks. We ordered, and recieved drinks promptly, It took a few minutes for our food order to be taken, another several minutes to get our soup, and salad, and after eating our soup and salad, we waited, and waited, and waited, I asked the server what's taking so long for the cook to arrive, and was told there were only two cooks in the restaurant and we have to wait untill one of them were finished with the table they were serving. The couple that were seated prior to our arrival, over heard the server and got up and left. We were hungry, and had been waiting to long already, and was a birthday dinner for our learning disabled daughter. Needless to say, I will never go back.
We ordered a few Hibachi chicken lunch orders and I tried the California and salmon roll. We ordered a few minutes before 11am which is when they open. I was told there would be a little wait because they turn on the grill at 11. That would’ve been fine if the to go orders were actually hot; lukewarm at best. It lacked seasoning and I’ll wager it was not cooked today…none of it. My first time trying this location they asking for too much money for that.
