This place used to be very good, but it seems like they’ve changed their crust. Rather than the crispy, fire roasted taste I remember, it was rubbery, chewy, and difficult to bite and/or cut through. Maybe it was just undercooked, but my whole table’s was like that. Unfortunately I probably won’t be back.

Entrance is presentable, bathroom clean from hand soap to personal ladies products if needed and did not expect (you know what).
Now the IPA was tap and fresh you can tell from the foam, clarity, color, and aroma.
Now the Carne Asada Taco Pizza this has topped all other places I have gone in Lynchburg. This place is a must come. Freshness, crisp bread, ingredients, (MUY BUENO) Very GOOD!
Yes, prices are high but for the quality worth every cent.
My first and most definitely coming back to try the BBQ brisket sandwich that was sold out so can’t wait to try that out.
You will not regret. I sure did not. Thank you 🙏🏼

We waited for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the hostess stand, but then seated right away. Close to 15 minutes later, a waitress finally came over and took our drink orders. It took the food a good 30 minutes to come out and was okay, but costly given what we ordered. The mushroom grilled cheese, for example, was a kids grilled cheese with sauteed mushrooms thrown on. Nothing elevated about that $15 dish. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.

After walking through the Bluffwalk Lights, seven of us went to Waterstone for dinner. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time and we were all eager for a fun dinner and drinks. Our server treated us like unwelcome in-laws. Our wait time for drinks and food was longer than expected. Not the end of the world. When the food arrived it was tasty. When the bill arrived-a 22% tip was added to each bill. We all understand that gratuity is often added for large groups but 22% is outrageous. When questioned, our server did remove the 22% and told us “it was a mistake.” It was changed to 20%. Our server did the bare minimum and her attitude was a wet blanket on an otherwise fun night. Jacking up the mandatory large party tip was insult to injury. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
It’s honestly criminal that a hotel this charming has such a hot-garbage restaurant attached to it. My wife and I ordered the pretzel (with the alleged “house-made Gouda cheese sauce”), a chicken Caesar salad, and a cheese pizza. The salad was the most edible of the three, but the chicken was clearly pre-cooked, frozen for who knows how long, and then microwaved before being tossed on top.
The pretzel had obviously been deep-fried, and the “Gouda sauce” was nothing more than the same nacho cheese you’d find at a gas-station hot dog counter. As for the pizza, it looked like it had been dropped either going into or coming out of the oven. And the disastrous presentation wasn’t even its worst problem.
You’d be far better off grabbing an actual hand-stretched pizza from the Domino’s down the street they at least have higher quality-control standards than this place. It’s honestly shameful that a server felt comfortable delivering that pizza, let alone that a “chef” signed off on it.
Save yourself the trouble and just rummage around in the garbage before coming here.

The greeter and our server Josh were very friendly and efficient. We tried three different appetizers and all were great. Drinks were great. Main courses were lacking. For a place that does mainly pizzas, they aren’t consistent with pizzas being cooked properly. Several came out really needed some more time in the oven and one was barely cooked. The pasta primavera was definitely too oily and lacking in flavor. The chicken on the pasta and pizzas was lacking in flavor as well. It didn’t seem seasoned at all. Overall a nice place, but we wouldn’t go back because of the food.

Pizza crust is like eating cardboard. Got supreme but it wasn't very loaded. Tried two diet drinks and both were flat. Hummus for appetizer was fine. Disappointed, usually it's very good.

I like to eat here with my friends and family. The service is fast and polite, and the food is really wonderful. The pizza and pasta dishes are great, and so are the appetizers.

Delicious pizza, friendly service, a little bit of a wait on a Friday night, but well worth it!

Visitng from out of state. I had the Carne Asada Taco Pizza, which was excellent... my server ticked me off, hence the reason for the 3 stars.

Or server, Josh, was excellent. We were having a hard time picking between 5 or 6 of the specialty pizzas. He helped us narrow it down to two. We ended up ordering both the Thai Chicken and the Supremo. Both were very flavorful and did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this restaurant and Josh for his service.

Does not value customers by answering their phone... Reminds me of the central Lynchburg post office...
