Why do you pull people forward? It's definitely not because you are giving hot fresh food like you said at the speaker.. We ordered a biggie bag and a order of baconator fries. Everything was cold. We had to wait over 10 minutes for cold food. This location is ALWAYS bad. From now on I will drive put of my way to go to 29 or Timberlake.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s in this town. I’ve gotten a correct order made a handful of times, most of the staff are rude, the speaker box at the drive through is so old that you basically have to yell to be heard. It’s a shame, because when they take the time to make the food right it’s pretty good.

Ordered at the drive thru and the lady working the mic and window assumed I was done ordering and told me to pull up to the window. When i got there and tried to finish my order. I asked for their potato item and she said they didn't have it and gave me some attitude. I parked, went inside and ordered it there and they suddenly produced more potatoes.

We were disappointed that our cashier at the window didn’t communicate, had no energy, and then handed over melted frosties for full price. When we questioned why they were so liquidy, she then explained that the machine wasn’t working. We ended up having to request a refund, and it was made out as an inconvenience, with no apology for us not being told that the product we had requested and paid for was defective.

I’ve been a regular at the Wendy’s on Memorial Ave, but my latest experience has left me utterly disgusted. Ever since they brought over the manager from the now-closed Wendy’s at 2117 Wards Rd.—a location that shut down due to its abysmal management—the food quality has tanked. Today, I ordered fries and was horrified to find mold growing on them! Moldy fries are a health hazard, not to mention a sign of gross negligence. The service has been sloppy, and the food’s been subpar for months, but this crosses a line. I won’t be back until there’s a complete overhaul of management and hygiene standards. Avoid this place unless you want to risk your health!

Just left here through the drive through. Asked for ranch with my chicken sandwich. Asked for ranch with my son's kids meal. Gave me ranch for the kids meal so I went inside to ask for the sauce for my sandwich and they said they could nut give me any due to inventory. Not even another sauce. They said they only give one sauce with a chicken nugget meal and refuse any other sauces even if I pay for them.
This Wendy's messes up my order nearly every time. Never adds sauce when they ask me about what sauce I want and are so rude. The fact that they wouldn't give me a damn condiment unless I buy nuggets is the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard.
If I could give zero starts for service I would. I've never once been met with kindness or professionalism.
