They were efficient.
I was a little disappointed in the size of the drink they presented to me. It was an ice tea, and I think they served a child size. I had ordered a large. Also, the tea had no ice in it, and it was a drive-through order. I chose to go away disappointed.

I wonder if there was a recent management change, or something. This Wendy's has never been bad for me, one of the more reliable fast food stops in Lynchburg but fast food in Lynchburg (Chick Fil A being an exception) has always been a pretty poor experience. This past month or two tho, they've been getting me through the line in a couple minutes or less, food is fresh, and the staff is polite and professional.
