Went to the drive through placed my order got to the window to pay for my food got my drink food wasn't ready I wasn't the only one who was waiting thier were people waiting in front of me they were also waiting behind me as well it was at least 10 minutes to get the food when I did I given apologies for the wait I like that, I have been to restaurants don't say that even whatever the reason was for the delay the food was good and hot when I got it thank you

Lady refused to take my cash because they “might have to go get change later” if she broke 100. She wouldn’t even check if she had enough change or not she just said “probably not”. What a joke for a fast food restaurant.

Waited inside for a while before anyone came up. When they did they had an attitude and didnt want to cook what i wanted to order and had no knowledge of the app. Customer service was awful. Definitely would not come back again during breakfast. Short staff is not an excuse for poor service or basic manners.
Wendy's is always good. The drive thru worker was not very friendly and the cost was outrageous.

Service was very poor, staff unfriendly. I ordered 2 4piece nuggets separate bag with BBQ sauce & #3 for my daughter.Everything came in one bag. And they told all my food was in the bag and it wasn't.Not until I made a bit of noise then they checked to find guess what I didn't have both nuggets. Sad part was this store wasn't busy the staff just didn't care.

Was in the drive thru. As I pulled up to the speaker I saw 3 cars ahead of me. There had to be 1or 2 ahead of them on the other side of the building as the line was so long. After I pulled up 3 cars pulled in behind me. I sat at the speaker for at least 10 minutes at which time at least 6 of the cars of which I was one of drove away due to the wait. I have been through that stores drive thru many times and always have had to wait for my food. This is probably one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
