I usually do not go to this franchise because I live a distance away from it. there were four or five people standing at the window whenever I went to pick up my order and the young man took my credit card and gave it back to me without saying a thing. Handed me two bags. I said to him is this everything? And he said yes but nothing else. Got home and the chili for the taco salad was missing. My bad for not checking at the drive-thru. Waited 30 mins! No refund or compensation just plain sad.
the food (chicken sandwich, nuggets, & fries) was cold & they jipped me on my already small frosty. they weren't busy but they were slow getting my food to me. & the cashier wasn't fully paying attention to my order.
ETA: & the bathroom was gross- pee spots on the toilet seat & poop/pee splatter spots on the upper rim of the toilet & toilet paper on the floor.
