I refuse to eat at or pick up any orders from Wendy’s any longer. They are complete trash. The worst customer service in town and you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order. If something is not done by management, they will not be around much longer.

Had a 10 minute wait to order. I requested a chicken sandwich and chili, but they handed me a Dave’s double. The woman groaned and behaved as though I was bothering her. No apolgy or nothing! I wait 10 more minutes. She hands me my chicken sandwich but instead of chili there’s a baked potato. I tell her calmly “ma’am I ordered chili, not a baked potato” She comes over groaning and snatched up the baked potato. No apology. I said please give me 2 packs of crackers with that chili. “Ok dude” was her sour tone. She said she’d get a chili right out. “Dude” is a little insulting, especially given the irritated tone. After waiting 15 minutes, she gives me a chili without crackers. I grab her attention “ma’am can I please get my crackers?” She says “oh my god” while giving me the crackers. I ask why she’s providing lousy service. “I don’t get paid enough to care!” She responded angrily. I asked for a refund. She places my money on the counter instead of handing it to me. Timberlake Wendys used to be good, definitely not anymore. More than a half hour wasted. I wasn’t about to eat their food after the bad service.

Not busy inside at all, a worker there on break most of the time I'm waiting 25 minutes for 2 breakfast biscuits that were served in small burger buns one fresh & enjoyable the chicken thing old & dry with little sauce to improve it! Completely disappointed because they cost more than similar items at Hardee's for breakfast! Likely won't repeat that store again!

Not only I didn't get what I ordered my fries were hard as a rock. They weren't friendly and had attitudes. This place has gone downhill a lot from the last time I have given them a review.

Ordered at the drive through they asked me to pull up.Waited 20 minutes no one ever came out.Then had to go inside to get my food.Had to wait another 5 minutes.They had an even started on it yet. It's a shame the food is always good.But the service in this restaurant is goingdow very disappointed.
