I’m not from Lynchburg but I visit Wendy’s in FarmVille and Blackstone frequently. I have to say, my chicken Asiago was perfect my fries were hot not warm, soft not soggy. Best tasting fries I have had between the 3 restaurants! Lady talking order and money has very good manners and was accommodating when I changed my order at the window. I will be back when I visit Lynchburg! Thank y’all for being so kind, quick, and accurate with our lunch today!

If I could give no stars for service I would. Waited literally over 25mins for order to be taken and get food, yes i was very polite even tho this was not a good experience. No customer service at all, asked for a receipt was told how much it was, then woman walked away from the window and never returned. I get all businesses have issues but this was ridiculous. Only good thing from this visit the biscuit was actually good.

Most of the workers are not friendly at all but i can deal with that. I doordash every weekend and there hasn't been one time that I've gone inside that location that there aren't these little flying bugs (gnats) (fruit flies?)i dont know what they are but there always there. If you stand at the counter, notice the white ceramic tile wall that seperates the counter from the bathroom hall way. That's where the bugs hang out. Check out the lemonade machine behind the counter. It's disgusting and looks like it doesn't get cleaned. The rest of the equiptment behind the counter is always dirty and appears filthy. I would never get food from this location. It's gross. I hate going inside that store to pick up food.

Always feel like when you place your order at the Drive thru and get up to the window The attendants just Rush and almost throw your food out the window-You have to quickly ask for sauce before they close the window on you and before you can look in your bags to make sure the order is all there.

i ordered honey bbq saucy nuggets, fries, and a drink. when i got home and opened the bag, the sauce i asked for wasn’t in the bag, the fries were unsalted and soggy, and the “saucy” nuggets were bone dry, it was as if i didn’t even order saucy nuggets; they had only a hint of honey bbq. this wendy’s almost never gets an order correct.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my food, I was the only customer there. No one in drive thru or lobby. As said being the only customer there my entire order was wrong missing 2 main pieces for my family’s breakfast. I’m just curious how hard it is to read a ticket when you only have one order ready. No one actually wants to work anymore and this is sad.
