My fiancée, daughter and myself came in for lunch and had Amariah as a server. The food was fine but the service was terrible. My food was made incorrectly, which is fine being it was remade but her attitude about the situation was poor. She had no personality, never came and asked us if everything was okay. My beer was empty for 10 minutes and my fiancée had to get up and go to her to ask her for another beverage. I said thank you each time she brought something and she never gave a response, no your welcome or anything! I never tip crappy bc im a server myself but today i did. Because she did not deserve anything more than what i left and honestly, i didnt want to even leave what i did! Very unhappy with our visit today.

$31 for 2 Cheesesteaks that were each smaller than the 6 inch subs you get at Subway and 2 sides of tasteless fries….. cheesesteaks were just ok also, definitely not worth the high price. The French fries literally had no flavor until I put ketchup on them

We came across this place really by accident but are so glad we tried it. We were visiting our sons who attend Liberty University…Go Flames!!!…and wanted a fast option. So we gave it a chance. This place will be something we eat every visit. The staff were friendly and the food was great.

This place is near and dear to my heart. I grew up here, and this place is a staple. However, I brought my mom here for lunch the other day. And ok, yeah, it's lunch, it's busy, I totally get it. They had us sit a dirty table. We waited for about 15 minutes before a waitress (which, by the way, was very sweet and totally slammed and I think was kinda working by herself) came to clean the table, take our drink order, and give us menus. So again, I understand they were busy, and the food was OK. I love this little place and always will, but they need to pick it up just a notch.

With the lack of deli options in Lynchburg WSD fills the gap with a wide variety sandwiches. Nothing mind blowing, but still solid. The Philly is my go-to
The servers seem to be spread thinly. I only saw one lady covering the dining room. Also, the place could use some tlc. The bathroom was in rough shape (not an issue of cleanliness)
