The noise level was exceptionally loud, especially regarding kitchen activities. Our primary server was forgetful and not very attentive; however, the other supporting staff was very pleasant and solid in their performance. The proteins were well well prepared, but the accompaniments (sides) were not well portioned for the meal. In short, We went there for our 25th wedding anniversary and our experience was anything but special - we wished we had gone somewhere else and will probably not return.

Only on-street parking. The environment is cozy and well decorated. Service- 4 stars. Friendly but standard Value- 3.5 stars a bit overpriced for the area and experience Overall would recommend and would go back
We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and was seated immediately. Service was outstanding. My wife and I both got the chef special (filet mignon steak with a lobster tail). Meat was cooked perfectly. Our service was outstanding. This is my 2nd time here and the level of food and service matched both times. Highly recommend.

The filet mignon was absolutely amazing. Their ranch on the salad was also amazing. Mashed potatoes and asparagus I'd give a 7. Creme Brule I'd give an 8.5. Bread was good. The food was good yes, and steak was amazing yes, but for the price, I don't think it's justified. I won't be back on my own accord based on the value for what I'm getting. I can go to Fleming Mountain Grill and get an amazing filet mignon for less money or 221 Tap and Table.

The William and Henry steak house is an outstanding restaraunt in Lynchburg. The atmosphere is elegant, I particularly liked the plush throw pillows at our booth. The service was on-point, with an attentive waitstaff. Food was amazing. The wedge salad was literally the best I have had, perfectly chilled and with a delicious house blue. I knew it was going to ne a good meal from the salad on. Everything was presented quite nicely, with a flair for visual stunnery. Management stopped by to check on us during our meal. Dessert was above-and-beyond. I got creme brulee and it was unbelievably good. The place is nice. Very nice. The prices are commensurate with what you would expect from food and service of that caliber. I live in Lynchburg and will definitely go back, in fact I am looking forward to the menu items I will try when I do. But regardless of whether you are a resident or just passing through, if you want a nice, upscale dining experience, this is it!
The steaks at William & Henry were beautifully seasoned and cooked. Others proclaimed the French onion some of the best they'd ever had, and the heirloom tomato & burrata appetizer and Caesar salad were also excellent. Our server seemed a bit distracted, but he got the food and wine on the table in the right order and checked on us regularly (as did other staff members). This is not a once-a-week treat (at least, not to MY wallet!), but a delight for special occasions. It was a little noisy for our ears, especially given that it was a Tuesday night.

The menu is well versed and the quality of food is excellent. The staff all the way around are wonderful and they work well as a team as they serve you and wait the tables. Definitely a great experience and can't wait to return for an amazing meal.
As usual, service and food were both amazing. Highly recommend the escargot! Husband had the t-bone special and loved it. William and Henry is our go to place for a special date night.

OMG the best rib eye steak I've ever had! Great service, shared a delicious wedge salad, rib eye and mushrooms. Plenty for 2 and we even had leftover mushrooms to bring home. Reasonable prices. Can't wait to take visiting family/friends to this very special restaurant with a big city vibe.

I never leave reviews, but William and Henry was outstanding and so deserving of 5 stars. Our server, Sadie, was incredible and so attentive and well trained. The food was delectable from appetizers to the desserts we brought home for later. Everything was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back again.
