The food is so good. My only problem with this place is it is filthy. It looks like someone rubbed a pork chop all over the drink machine. I guess the manager sees that everyday and ignores it? Hopefully the delicious food is cleaner than the drink machine, countertops, and floors

I can't tell you how awesome this location was. My first time ever experience was phenomenal. Great food.Awesome staff and quick service. You have to try the mango Japanese wings and the loaded fries. Very family friendly place.

I was in there 30 plus minutes and they wouldn’t make the order. The order was placed at 12::11 and I didn’t get it until about 12:50. They weren’t even busy they just ignored me!!!

I stopped on a Saturday evening @ 8:00 & there were people lined up to the door. The lady working said it had been like that since that morning. Despite that, we got a friendly greeting & the staff was pleasant & efficient! I was very impressed!!!

Ordered Wingstop online back in September to the one on Ward Rd, Got there and my food was not there so they refunded me and made it again and I paid again in store they ended up having to give another refund, and I ended up getting the food for free but I never received a refund and it was over 60$ that they ended up taking off of my card.. do not get me wrong. I absolutely love Wingstop and always have, but since this incident occurred, they will no longer receive my business which I absolutely hate just wish there was someway to make the situation better

Worst wings I had since I moved from Mississippi I just tried a new wing place called atomic wings there way better than this wing stops wings are small better yet have TO MUCH OIL and when I went nb had gloves on cooking very bad for y'all customers wouldn't recommend eating here

This was my first time ever trying Wing Stop, after months of watching influencer reviews online and being intrigued. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was very clean with a nice atmosphere. I’d give the food 3 out of 5 stars; I had a 3 piece tender combo in original hot and shared an order of buffalo fries with my friend. The tenders were nicely sauced and tasted great with the ranch, but the fries weren’t as good as I expected. I would give them another try, just in case this was a one off, and would definitely like to try their other sauce/rub flavor options.

I haven’t ordered from here but I have picked up for uber deliveries. I have to see compared to the other locations I’ve been in; especially in the Richmond area. Orders are ready as soon as I walk in to pick up, staff is amazing and it’s super clean!!
