I ordered food on a Sunday. There was no problem, got my food fast and I enjoyed it! The staff all seemed very happy. I ordered food today and met the infamous red headed man. He wasn't terrible but also didn't make folks feel welcome and generally had a half-care aditude. The prices could be a touch lower. The food itself is decent quality. If the weekend staff was here during the week, and the prices came down a touch, I could easily eat here multiple times a week. Sadly though I probably will try somewhere else for a bit.

They've remodeled the inside and it looks inviting, but we usually order take-out so maybe one day we can experience dine-in. Food is always good, but the cashier (red-hair associate) needs to understand that you CANNOT scratch your head, rub your neck and behind your ears and then handle money and text on your phone, then immediately scoop rice onto order's/plates without washing your hands or wearing gloves. Must be a friend/neighbor of the owner's. No way can he be the first/last impressions for customers at a business.

The red headed guy behind the counter is always very rude. Terrible customer service! He's always in a bad mood and seems very snobbish. I have gave this place ny business for 15 years but will not be going here anymore. Order is never ready on time and the employees are young, immature and rude! Also, the prices have went up and up and up. Too expensive for that place. Go to Kenko Hibachi or Tokyo Japanese Restaurant (by Kroger)...they are very nice and food is better quality!

The service and ambiance were amazing. Staff was extremely helpful, as I am somewhat indecisive. Would highly recommend!
