Simply the dumbest bunch of workers here can’t even make sure the top on your drink securely before handing to the customer creating spills. Do better

Would be higher if they seasoned their "seasoned" fries. Doesn't matter if you ask for extra or on the side or anything. It's kinda weird.

Zaxby use to be my go to restaurant however recently in North Carolina and Virginia the service is good however the salad portion is half what it use to be.

First time I've ever had zaxbys and I wasn't disappointed. Had a tender,wing and fry meal. Loved the chicken

Zaxbys has been around for awhile, but word on the street was that it was super expensive, so I didn't bother to pop in.
I happened to be in North Carolina, and it was about one of the only fast food joints in the area so I decided to try it.
I didn't think the prices were unreasonable.
In fact, it was comparable, if not cheaper than the other big name chicken joints I have eaten in. Let's face it, all of the fast food restaurants have gotten stupidly expensive.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and I found the food to be tasty and fresh. The only downside was that their lemonades did not come in sugar free. I will definitely eat here again.

My wife and I ate lunch here today. The last behind the counter was very nice. It ends there. I had the chicken finger tacos. Well mine did not look anything close to the picture. They barely had an condiments in them. It looks as if a child had made them. Now for the next part. I go to the bathroom after lunch and one of your male employees is standing in the bathroom looking at his phone I guess taking a break??? Weird. I had to ask him to move so I could get to the paper towels. Manager please tell your employees not to stand around the bathroom watching guys pee and poop. Also there was a homeless lady asleep in a booth. We will not be back....

My husband and I love Zaxby's. Wanted to shout out Chris, the man with the beard and glasses. We stopped by for dinner tonight and Chris was on front counter taking guest's orders. He was kind and helpful! He has an authenticity about himself and he seems to appear that he really enjoys what he does! The whole time we were there he was hard at work and diligent!
