On 12/11 ,Purchased my first xmas gift card $20 for grandson... used day after xmas and it wasnt activated..they pretty much skimmed
me out of my money and I notified amherst co.sheriff office .
For possible scam...told manager, operator and ceo of company. no response.didnt get my money back.they made me feel like i a criminal.
they gave me a bogus gift card..and i feel violated
because i go their 3 times a week in drive thru..not anymore...
This was my second time ordering a pancake plater bringing it home and throwing it away because of the pancakes were lock rubber in the center and hard as rock on the edges. They used to be pretty good in it here lately not so much. I'm not sure if these things are microwaved or not.

I've driven past Biscuitville many times because I usually visit Mad Heights in the afternoon, and they close at 2pm. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought that it was a local one-off before I visited and saw the branding, which makes you feel like it's a national chain. The service is definitely local. Servers were kind, inquisitive, and service minded. It took a minute or two to browse the menu, but it was quiet when we were visiting. The Cuban biscuit seemed interesting, and the combo is a good deal at about $7. Coffee is extra, but it costs $0.70 for a regular, practically free, with free refills. I ended up getting a breakfast platter, and my son got a pancake platter. Sadly, this is where you realize everything but the biscuits came out of a freezer, and you could easily have this meal at home with bulk frozen items. It explains the affordable pricing. It wasn't bad, by any means, but it wasn't special. When I thought it was a local biscuit joint, like Ace Biscuit and Barbecue in Cville, my expectations were wildly high. When I realized it was like a discount Hardee's, I understood, but was disappointed. The reason I'll go back? The service was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food wasn't bad at all.

I come all the way from Lynchburg to Madison heights to go to the biscuitville out there and today was my last day going because the girl at the window that passes out the food who can't count insisted that I couldn't count when I went in and got my order rerunk up correctly it showed that I only owe $27.11 and I was charged $28.54 I don't care how small the amount of the money is it's mine and I don't want to be overcharged and then I don't want to be over talked and told them wrong when I'm not wrong I would not say nothing if I was wrong so I won't be returning out there again
All average... Just what could be expected.. Went through drive through, attendant read-back my order correctly, cook messed it up! Biscuitville did correct their mistake, however, the mistake shouldn't have been made. The receipt also reflected my order correctly.. You'll get exactly what your thinking for fast food breakfast.

First time coming to this establishment and using drive through. They do the chick-fil-a take your order outside however it’s before you can see the menu. They do try to upsale items.
The food is not worth $25 for 2 sausage biscuits and two sausage egg and cheese biscuits with 2 hasbrowns. It’s expensive for no real reason as well as just slapped together with no care. They also insisted that I substitute scrambled eggs on the biscuits because it takes longer to cook regular eggs??
Overall bad first experience.
