This is a great DQ they don't ask support the online orders but this one does. They even let us pick it up in the drive though as it was raining.

The DQ restaurant in Amherst VA is my favorite because of the warm atmosphere. The staff are super nice and helpful. I mainly stop for ice cream but have tried meals and they are very good. Very close to Lynchburg

I don’t really know what to expect from a random Dairy Queen but the experience was not good. It took about 10 minutes sitting at the order station for someone to ask for my order. Once I ordered 1 Medium blizzard it took about another 7 minutes to receive it. The store did not look busy. Ok f the ice cream was in hand it was disappointed by the quality as it seemed to have come out of the machine pretty much melted.

Had the 7 dollar deal. Hamburger was really good. Fries sundae good. Great staff.

Got a cookie dough blizzard with added caramel. The blizzard itself was good if not a bit melted. The service was good even though it was hard to hear through the drive through speaker. It was dirty on the ground around the place and the turn around the building was super tight. Otherwise good food. My wife loved the chili cheese dog.

Okay, I admit it. Hubby and I go here almost every evening for cones and a pup-cup for our dog. We love the staff and s9ft serve ice cream. Puppy loves the pup-cup!

Placed a mobile order on the app and had to wait an extra 20 minutes, when they brought it out they forgot my drink

Ordered a chili dog with cheese and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. The box the hotdog was in was hot. The chili and cheese was exploded in the box just like what a microwave does. The burger was only mustard and pickles. 2 employees behind the counter talking to each other instead of checking the food. Microwaving food in a restaurant is disgusting. Do better
