I ordered chicken strip meal and an order of pretzels the food was awful taste like burnt grease ant it was cold gravy was awful.. I don’t know about you but 17.10 dollars is hard to earn..I will never eat there again it’s trash can again my second try

Everything is always fresh and hot! It takes a little time to get your order but that's because it's cooked to order the food isn't just sitting around! Everyone is pleasant to deal with! Thank you everyone for all your hard work 👍

I asked for a number one without onions. I HATE ONIONS.
they said they'd remake it.
I waited. They didn't remake it, all they did was rake the onions off and bring me the same sandwich. I could still taste the onions.
DONT LIE TO THE CUSTOMER AND SAY YOURE GONNA REMAKE IT IF YOU'RE NOT GONNA REMAKE IT. I HATE A LIAR MORE THAN I HATE ONIONS !!!!

Prices is hi like everywhere else... You can go to cookout and get the same blizzard as a milkshake cheaper... My wife never thought she would leave DQ,but cookout did😪. Come on DQ drop them prices... I'm rooting for u...

This is a great DQ they don't ask support the online orders but this one does. They even let us pick it up in the drive though as it was raining.

The DQ restaurant in Amherst VA is my favorite because of the warm atmosphere. The staff are super nice and helpful. I mainly stop for ice cream but have tried meals and they are very good. Very close to Lynchburg

I don’t really know what to expect from a random Dairy Queen but the experience was not good. It took about 10 minutes sitting at the order station for someone to ask for my order. Once I ordered 1 Medium blizzard it took about another 7 minutes to receive it. The store did not look busy. Ok f the ice cream was in hand it was disappointed by the quality as it seemed to have come out of the machine pretty much melted.

Had the 7 dollar deal. Hamburger was really good. Fries sundae good. Great staff.
