Staff and manager are extremely rude and incompetent. Hire better managers and staff. Always forgetting food in your order then saying they dont serve lunch at 11:40pm. Giving someone the completely wrong order and then hanging up on someone who is calling to make sure a refund was given. Not professional and they should not be making $15 an hour! Do better or close your doors!

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thur. They had to ask our order two times. Then when we finally got our food. It was cold. They had breakfast potatoes in with their fries at 12:30. Then we found an old receipt in our food bag.

It shouldnt take 30 mins, pulling to side of the line and repeating order 3 times to worker who walked out to even get a simple meal
Edit: the food wasnt even warm. And at bottomnof the bag was someone elses dirty recipt (it was covered in some sauce)

Just left from there and didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 2 breakfast platters and a double biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. I asked for 6 grape jelly and 6 strawberry jelly. I was served 2 breakfast platters, a side of sausage, a regular biscuits and gravy and 3 grape jelly and 3 strawberry jelly. The food is barely warm. Did not pass the Mom check. Don't waste your time at this location. I've given up on them after 5 years of trying. Everytime we go here it's something. If it's not the food, it's the service. I was in the drive through last trip and a girl was cussing someone out and my children and I could hear every word spoken through the speaker as she was yelling. Just go to Amherst.
Let me add on that my biscuit has already been pulled apart like it was meant for something else. I have never recieved a biscuit before that was halved for a biscuits and gravy. You can literally see where they dug their fingers into it and pulled it apart.

Went back for a refund and spoke to the manager and she apologized and promptly remade my order. Food was still lukewarm but edible. We love Hardee's but this one is just not it. The manager said she was filling in from another store, hopefully she can get a handle on this place and make it just as amazing as the Amherst location. We'll try again soon and see if things have changed.

I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad which I have gotten many times love the favor. Got home and the salad had NO pecans, the chicken had a red tint and tasted like half cooked bar b que chicken. Plus it had only seven pieces of apple. Called them to bring it back and get another and no answer. Good job whoever the manager is!

Woman at window was rude, biscuit was harder than the bacon that was on it and the oil that the hash rounds were cooked tastes like it hasn't been changed since 1997, waaayyyyy over priced for the quality of food paid for!

I'm not from this area but decided to try Hardee's. I went through the drive through and order two steak biscuits, I Lady at the windows ask me to pull over and wait, because they were cooking them and she would bring my order to me. I started working on my computer and I realized 30 minutes had passed so I got back in line and when I got to the window I said did you forget me, the same woman just held out the bag I took it turn her back on me and walked away. Wow really appreciate that to start my day with so much rudeness won't be going back there anymore just lost a lifetime customer.
