They was slammed with business but the ladies there got the job done. And their attitude was good through I call a very stressful time.

Got there just after 12noon 12/3/25 and the doors were locked. The drive thru was working, but there was no access into the lobby to order inside. Won’t be wasting my time or money there again. And reading some of these reviews, it all makes sense.

I am not sure what the issue is for them but so rude. I hope it’s just a bad day but I wouldn’t order anything from them. Too bad I love KFC chicken.

$60 worth of food for my family of 4, asked for 6 honey bbq and the girl at the front told me she could give me 4 but not 6..........are you really being serious rn? 100% was, only gave me 4....... for a 16 piece tenders meal and an 8 piece bucket?!

Asked for cooked to order food and was given food that was so rock hard and inedible, it could have broken teeth. When I returned the food to be remade, was met with hostility and snide remarks. (I wasn't born yesterday.)

The chicken cook is extremely rude and racist (yes, I heard you say that.) and the language used among staff is loud and the profanity is thick. Do not bring your family here, especially children. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Yes, this was on 1 visit. Not the only time it has happened here and with the same people. The area in general all seem to have the same work standards. Work ethics do not exist here.

Came in on a 2nd visit to pick up some wings, store closed at 10pm, this was around 9pm and was told they were out of wings and refused to cook anymore. Came back in the next day and mentioned it to the manager in charge and I was told that they stop cooking food at 9pm. Let's say I was surprised by such a response. Imagine having a chicken restaurant that is out of chicken. Honestly though, this has been an ongoing issue no matter what time of day it is. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes for anything. Including having your order even taken. Good luck getting acknowledged that you are even in the lobby.

Don't even get me started with waiting for your Doordash order to be ready for delivery as a driver. Drive-thru and front counter take priority here. So far every single order I have picked up from here has been late.

Lobby is filthy. All the tables are dirty and the fountain drink area is flooded with overflowing trash everywhere. No lids available. The bathrooms were equally as disgusting. Urine on the toilet and floor, broken toilet seat, overflowing trash.

Do not ever order the pot pies. It is automatically a 20 minute wait.

The new manager said he was going to clean the store up. We'll see about that. 😒

Food is good but they do not open when they are supposed too and made my door dasher wait an hours to pick up something so simple. This kfc is slipping for sure

Me and my husband came in on Monday 9/15/25 afternoon the young woman not sure of her name was extremely pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job...she was funny and very helpful please acknowledge her she made our experience great

Each time we have been lately the food was not good and the service was not great. Today the potato wedges are overcooked and not at all appetizing. The chicken was hot so that was the only positive thing I can say.

Employees standing around talking, I had to ask to be served. Ordered crispy chicken to go, got it home and it was so dry and gross couldn't eat it. Cost $15 for complete trash. ZERO stars.

Always delicious

Ordered combos for my dad and me. Both items come with fries, one carton was full like normal, the other carton was half-filled with fries, and they stuck the wrapped biscuit inside the fry carton, where it fit completely because it's a hilariously tiny biscuit and half the fries were left out. I also ordered two sauces with the other combo, and neither of them were included. KFC is of course one of the most overpriced fast food places to begin with, so having the already scant amout of food you get for your money reduced by the staff is even more infuriating.

Best place around to overdose on mushrooms 10/10

Ordered a 2 piece meal with 1 side and a drink. Should be an easy task. Get home and starving after working 12 hours to find ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN in the box. Tried to call them and they don’t answer the phone. So this was my next option. GET IT TOGETHER FOLKS!

I highly do NOT recommend KFC in Madison heights! They never answer the phone. When you pull up to drive thru they don’t even say anything. Had to repeat hello several times before I got a response. Once I was answered they were rude and had a complete attitude. Went to order chicken and she asked if I wanted white or dark meat asked what the difference was and she repeated herself stating it is white or dark so I just said I wanted a leg and breast. She replied they didn’t have any breast and wasn’t putting any down. So I told her to just disregard the whole thing and have a good night. Don’t work at fast food if you just wanna have complete attitudes all the time.
