Always delicious

Ordered combos for my dad and me. Both items come with fries, one carton was full like normal, the other carton was half-filled with fries, and they stuck the wrapped biscuit inside the fry carton, where it fit completely because it's a hilariously tiny biscuit and half the fries were left out. I also ordered two sauces with the other combo, and neither of them were included. KFC is of course one of the most overpriced fast food places to begin with, so having the already scant amout of food you get for your money reduced by the staff is even more infuriating.

Best place around to overdose on mushrooms 10/10

Ordered a 2 piece meal with 1 side and a drink. Should be an easy task. Get home and starving after working 12 hours to find ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN in the box. Tried to call them and they don’t answer the phone. So this was my next option. GET IT TOGETHER FOLKS!

I highly do NOT recommend KFC in Madison heights! They never answer the phone. When you pull up to drive thru they don’t even say anything. Had to repeat hello several times before I got a response. Once I was answered they were rude and had a complete attitude. Went to order chicken and she asked if I wanted white or dark meat asked what the difference was and she repeated herself stating it is white or dark so I just said I wanted a leg and breast. She replied they didn’t have any breast and wasn’t putting any down. So I told her to just disregard the whole thing and have a good night. Don’t work at fast food if you just wanna have complete attitudes all the time.

My sandwiches were so dry couldn’t eat them

Ordered and paid for food. Was then told they did not have it. Asked for a refund, as of today no refund on my debit. We were forced to pay for drinks that came with the combo, a total of 6 dollars. My combo was only 7.29. Paid for the drinks separately. Left with no food, so far no credit. Don't go here, attitude and service terrible.

The slowest 'fast food' experience anywhere in America. Been all over the country and 6 other countries... But this place... It takes the award on how slow it is. Usually 20 minutes and sometimes half an hour if you order in store

they're nice but its 8:30 pm and u dont have sweet tea for the night? it closes at 10pm ? the tea is never good but damn thought we could at least get some. i also got a sandwich and they asked me if i'd wait or take two tenders on it. i said i'd wait and they gave me the two tenders instead. i just would travel out or not even go.

I came to visit this particular store at on 9/28/24 at around 1-1:30 and I really just wanted to commend the staff there on their professionalism. I was impressed by the entire staff from the cook to the cashiers. Everyone seemed to be focused on the task at hand. They weren't goofing off, acting obnoxious and on their phones and it was really refreshing to see because you don't see it much amongst alot of the younger working class and I just wanted to give them their just due. People tend to only review the bad but I wanted to let them know courtesy, respect and professionalism do go a long way. KFC you've got a good team on your hands. Take care of em.

Today 9/2/24 around 8:20pm the lady at the drive through was so rude yelling and just plain disrespectful. When I got to the window she was yelling at another customer in the drive though so it wasn't just me I was so angry for the other person , no need for such disrespect
