I don't know how to rate this????Well I can say in gast food restaurants, I see the employees making a great product...but...they let it sit and the food dies on the line...and for the life of me I don't understand that!. I would gladly wait and extra 5 mins for a piping hot piece of chicken or hot French fries,In the end my sandwich was Luke warm, French fries were limp and cold...urggg. so better luck next time if there is a next time....??
This restraunt has disappointed me. There is one woman that is exceptionally rude to her co workers. You can bet almost every order will be missing something or they will not have enough and ask to improvise. Bucket meals are high.
The food was ok. But it would be nice if these young kids would stop gossiping with their co-workers and acknowledge the customer. A simple thank you or have a good day would be nice. Paying 30.00 for just a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken is a little pricey. So don't hand the bag out the window and shut it without saying something to the customer.

Today 2/17/23 around 5pm ordered 2 $20 KFC deals meals. The chicken was old and greasy like if it was cooked hours ago. I grew up loving KFC but to waste $44 dollar was it for me. I will take my hard earn money elsewhere.

After waiting in line get up to the box to order asked for the hot wings and was told it was a long wait it was 4 card ahead of me I just don't understand and I came 20 min away

I took my son to get food here. He likes KFC but he's likely to simply go into shop to get his food, as he says that they miss something whenever he uses the drive through or the mobile app.

This was the worst pick up ever, chicken obviously had been sitting for time, dry and not hot at all, fries were cold and chewy I wouldn’t even give them to my dog, I have been here in over a year and decided to give them another try since last visit was not good as well , I will never go to this place again, the worst kfc I have ever seen

We went to Big Lots for a pickup and KFC was across from the parking lot.I have been trying different Mountain Dew exclusives and we were a bit hungry, so we decided to split a Chicken Little Combo and get Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning.The store was super clean and the interior was fresh and crisp.Everyone was nice and friendly.We had placed a mobile order and we went in to pick it up.The air conditioning temp was perfect. I felt a tad hot before entering KFC and immediately when inside I felt a soothing coolness. Sometimes, air conditioning can feel like walking into a refrigerator unit. KFC air conditioning temperature was refreshingly cool.We picked up our order and I immediately tried the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning. I liked it. Mountain Dew with peach and honey flavor. It went well with our food.The chicken sandwich was very tasty. I commented that I thought it was better than Chick-fil-A.The pickles and sauce (mayo? - it tasted more flavorful than regular mayo) were very good. The chicken was crispy and the condiments gave the sandwich the right amount of flavor and moisture without overpowering the chicken nor making a sloppy mess.The fries were equally tasty!It could not have been better.Very tasty and filling.
