Amazing

Ordered pizza, wings, and chesse sticks, nothing was fresh ! We paid $25 for “hot and ready pizza” and it was dry and dismissed! Very disappointing, should have just went to dominoes. And Employees were very unprofessional! Who’s the store manager?

Look, I'm a Little Caesars fan through and through, but even love has its limits! This Madison Heights location keeps things running smoothly with their hot-n-ready pizzas and those addictive new Crazy Puffs (pro tip: go for the herb variety - it's a cheese lover's dream).

The Good
The place is spotless and the staff is super friendly, especially when I'm fumbling with the Pizza Portal - which brings me to my first tiny gripe. While this high-tech pizza locker system is supposed to be the future of pizza pickup, I often end up doing the "Can you hand me my pizza" dance with the busy staff.

The Quirks
The parking situation is... interesting. Let's just say if you're rolling up in anything bigger than a compact car, you might get your steps in walking from the neighboring lot. But hey, that just helps burn off those Extra Most Bestest calories, right?

Despite these minor hiccups, this Little Caesars delivers consistent quality and value. Sure, it's not a fancy wood-fired artisanal pizza joint, but when you're craving that signature crazy bread at 9:45 PM, they've got your back!

Took my money and gave me a pager, then closed the restaurant and left without calling the pager or bringing out my food. I never got my pizza. This restaurant stole $30 from me and didn't even TRY to get me the food I paid for.

Will not be ordering here again, nothing was consistently cooked, also forgot a sauce cup. Felt like a rushed order, even though they weren't busy at all.

Mane.. I ordered 8 pizza's around 3 and picked up around 4:45. Nothing crazy just pep,sau, cheese. I normally stand by this place but dang, there were no consistency and either the pizza was burnt or under cooked.. they let me down today.

I placed an order for pick up through the drive-through 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up. As I pulled through the drive-through, they tried to give me someone else’s order. When I told the cashier that this was not the correct order, she told me that my order was not here. I showed her where I had placed the order on the app And then they told me that my order was just now being put into the oven. I told them that I had placed the order 30 minutes earlier and that I got an email saying that it was ready, then the cashier said well it’s not ready and you can pull up and wait. After waiting for 15 more minutes, someone brought the pizzas out and had finally told me that my order was given to someone else and that she was sorry. However, they were not sorry about the attitude that they gave me or the time that we spent sitting out in a 98° car waiting for the pizza to be ready. I never understand why this Little Caesars has such an issue with appropriate staffing or at least decent customer service. They really need to get it together.

Went by this week and grabbed slices and Stix and garlic Parmesan wings and the food and service were outstanding. Great place to pick up a quick dinner.

This is the worst. So they messed up my wife pizza. The girl lied about putting her name Blake in the books. Your employees lie right to your face. Managers don't care so that means Owner careless too. Fix the problem. If u mess up someone's order either fix it. Give money back or say next time u come it's on us. Hope they nor messing with folks food. Look at your pizza people. Little Ceasars do better...

The food was so dry and hard that my grandkids could not eat it. Not alot of sauce on the pizza. Usually the crazy bread is delicious.
