I ordered fries today, they were raw, I had to come home and cook them in my air fryer, also didn't get pickles and onions on my cheeseburger

just ridiculous
When I had to pull up and wait for my food I complained to the employee who brought my food to my car. His response was F You! I will never go to this McDonalds again. I reported this to McDonalds and they said they would contact the McDonalds in Madison Heights. A week later no message from them. Do they think it is proper response to a customer?
Employees are fast, accurate - but you guys should really just stop selling shakes. Ice cream machine is down almost every single time, no matter what part of the day it is.
