Didn't get our food. Ordered a sausage mcgriddle and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. After paying and receiving a beverage we were asked to pull up and someone would bring our food out. We said no thank you and got a refund. Obviously the service is lacking. Do better.

They are always slow no matter how many customers are there. Their hot chocolate is basically boiled over water. They never fill the fries to the correct portions a large fry fits in a medium container. Drive-through is horrendous. You can sit for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take your order only to be told to please wait longer. I go out of my way to avoid the store when possible.

Honestly every employee at this location is incompetent and rude. I had to back out of the drive thru after myself and the four cars in front of me sat there for 15 mins with no orders being taken this is after the past two times going and having to wait on fries for over 30 mins. Every experience has been awful and this will be an absolute last resort in my house

Pulled up to the drive thru, had my code available but the lady at the drive thru 1. Was rude as all get out. Get up to the window pay lady has an attitude, moved up to window 2 to receive the food and the gentleman was nice but there was no straw and no fries for my step-daughter.

It was awful front door was locked nobody doing orders people inside playing one girl at the window was cussing so bad ! She said I didn’t realize the window was open food was awful fries cold ! No soft drinks burger was cooked days ago worst meal ever . I’m one that loves McDonald’s. No need in complaint couldn’t get to the window for the traffic doors locked

i went here this morning to get food 30 mins after open and they completely ignored me along with 5 other cars !! i waited for about 15 mins at the speaker and got no answer same with the other people in line. i drove around and saw 3 employees laughing in the window. i went around again , waited some more and got tired of the wait so i left , on my way out i saw 1 blonde employee on her phone in the window and 2 other employees walking out side one hit a cigarette and then proceeded to kick open the freezer door with an attitude . very unprofessional and rude of the staff this morning
