This place is terrible! Went a few weeks ago. Waited forever in the drive thru and there were only 2 cars. Got home to discover my child’s burger, that he’d already eaten half of, was partially raw. We didn’t see it because it was dark. I cut into my burger and it was totally, I mean totally raw through the entire thing. Had to throw most of the food away. My kids said the milk tasted like water and not milk. Spent $45 and most of the food was inedible! So thankful my son didn’t get food poisoning from his burger.
I tried calling the store a few times to complain to the manager and get my money back. I kept the burger as proof and took photos. No one answered at the location and I called that night and the next day!
Then I reached out to corporate instead. They were terrible also. 2 weeks and no one has called even though they said it was fast tracked. Called them again to complain and they had listed someone called me!! NO ONE ever called me. Yet they kept insisting someone did. Which is an outright lie. Still no call or voicemail after a few weeks and never got my money back. I will NEVER go back to this location ever and I’ll probably never patronize another McDonalds again.

I would give a 0000 Need to do way better on paying attention getting orders correct n hot food n not serving old,tried to get something to eat after a day of dashing was tired n what a huge disappointment, the order was wrong n the fries were horrible so bad broke my tooth out,now I have pain n a bill I can't afford! Quit being lazy,if Lovingston can serve fresh hot food all day no matter what time so can you!!! I shouldn't have to ask for unsalted fries or special ordered food to get fresh! Seeking legal counsel for this McDonald's negligence! More then once this time I was damaged in loss of tooth,embarrassment n depression! McDonald's Madison heights is the worst! They dont care, nor are they sympathetic they running a daycare, wait to place your order n I can hear them singing Barney through the speaker in drive thru! Beyond upset customer!!! Will NOT Be Back! Didn't even get my whole order!

Either they were under staffed or they had no adequate training. There were 2 woman there that had been waiting for 45 minutes for there food . And there sweet tea urns were not sweet at all. They didn't tell us they were out of straws but let us order drinks . I asked about straws they said we dont have any. But the next 6 costumers were given straws. So it was horrible. Not to mention I came to order and also pick up an on line order that was 45 dollars only to be told it was given away and then was accused of not telling them I was there so it turns out it sat in drive thru whole time. But I told the lady who took my order and she said I just waited for them to call me . I asked her 2 times to make sure. But the manager did remake it . She never did apologize tho for pretty much accusing me of not doing what I should have . She even asked me wich girl I told I was picking up an mobile order she described her so she already knew I was telling the truth. But all in all it was ok. Id still go there if I was hungry.

Horrible. Dead flys all over the window sills, floors are greasy, no one to greet customers, no one to take orders. Trash and food layer the back of the restaurant. Just disgusting. They need someone to come in and access whatever cess pool is lurking here because I feel absolutely filthy after leaving.

just went thru the drive thru - boy the gal taking orders was pissed - ordered three cones - asked for them to be placed into cups and get a carrier - no carriers and cones were for babies - NOT at this price - got shafted and screwed.

The worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. First the guy taking my order was laughing and didn't even know where he was at the moment. Ordered sweet tea but got unsweetened tea. Ordered sweet and sour sauce but got bbq sauce. The tenders were old, hard and chewy. I maybe got half an order of my fries since the fry container was half filled and also they were old and soggy. I suggest taking your money elsewhere.

i genuinely feel like this mcdonald’s only purpose at this point is to piss people off. every single time i’ve ever gotten nuggets here i order HONEY PACKETS as my sauce. and literally every single time i get honey mustard. but when i go back and ask for it they have it. like hello?? is it just to be annoying? also the food randomly tastes weird and the nuggets look brown and hurt my stomach sometimes. the wait is ridiculous and they are normally not very friendly or clean. last time i waited literally 40 minutes for me and my friends food because they were “busy”. then one of the workers put in an order at the kiosk after i had been waiting at least 20 minutes, he got his food within 5 minutes. i then waited another 20 minutes for my food, just for half of my large fries to be missing. when i nicely asked the worker if i could have the large fry i ordered, she had an attitude and never apologized. this mcdonald’s is the worst ive been to and has to be rage bait.

Late night drive thru order, and the food was fresh cooked. The cashier was pleasant at the speaker and window, and the order was accurate.
