Merredith’s Restaurant & Catering truly exceeded all expectations during our Everettstown Families and Friends Reunion 2025! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of spectacular. The menu selections were thoughtfully curated, offering something delicious for everyone. Guests couldn’t stop raving about the flavorful dishes, and the pricing was refreshingly reasonable.

We love this place so much, we drive from Roanoke Virginia (an hour &15 minutes) for their delicious food. The whole family is courteous, respectful, & considerate. The food is amazing! Everything is cooked just right. I love the baked Mac & cheese. You get everything, including your beverage, rolls, and dessert for $20.00 (also includes tip). My mom' s favorite is the sweet potatoes. Thank you, Merredith's!!

Meredith’s was a nice clean restaurant with good country cooking. We did the buffet that included a salad bar, 4 meats, a pasta dish, 4 vegetables, and a sweet rice. It also included a dessert. It was all very tasty and the hot portion was kept nice and warm.

Went there with a large group for Father’s Day and it was the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life! Everything is homemade and seasoned so perfectly. My favorite part is the gloves for the buffet! Very clean and friendly! Will definitely be back!

Drove all the way from Richmond. Glad we stopped by this hidden jem. First restaurant in Virginia I have eaten at with real soul food. Love the family atmosphere. Have to come by again next time we are in the area.

Went to Merredith's after church today. The service was amazing, very attention detailed. Excellent food, and the atmosphere was like being at my Grandma's house after church, with all the smiles, laughter, and fellowship. I would recommend that if you have a chance, stop by. The pot roast, and mac&cheese were just a couple of my favorites. Plus it is buffet style, you can get as much as you like. Greta job to a fine establishment. Thank you

The food is phenomenal. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is exemplary. She’s catering my mother’s wedding and I’m excited for the out of town guests to get the full Merredith’s experience. I have never met a sweeter person with a kind soul.

Went in and waited several minutes to be seated. They knew that we were there, but ignored us. We left and went to another nearby restaurant, and were treated much better and seated immediately!

I had the buffet. Not many options. Quick and friendly service. My waiter was a young man who was attentive and checked on me throughout my dining experience. The food was good. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Dining area was very clean and spacious. I recommend.
