Went to Merredith's after church today. The service was amazing, very attention detailed. Excellent food, and the atmosphere was like being at my Grandma's house after church, with all the smiles, laughter, and fellowship. I would recommend that if you have a chance, stop by. The pot roast, and mac&cheese were just a couple of my favorites. Plus it is buffet style, you can get as much as you like. Greta job to a fine establishment. Thank you

The food is phenomenal. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is exemplary. She’s catering my mother’s wedding and I’m excited for the out of town guests to get the full Merredith’s experience. I have never met a sweeter person with a kind soul.

Went in and waited several minutes to be seated. They knew that we were there, but ignored us. We left and went to another nearby restaurant, and were treated much better and seated immediately!

I had the buffet. Not many options. Quick and friendly service. My waiter was a young man who was attentive and checked on me throughout my dining experience. The food was good. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Dining area was very clean and spacious. I recommend.

I do not give a 5 star review without it being incredible food. This is amazing soul food. The ribs are fall off the bone delicious macaroni is to die for. Homemade deserts gravy can't say enough good things about this place. Truly a gem. Staff is amazing owner is always there and is a very sweet hard working woman. Always go after church when I can. A little pricey but it's homemade not from a box or frozen so I wouldn't complain. 5 star anyday of the week.

Edit: 5 years later, mediocre fake potatoes roast is more like alpo bits. Ribs tough. Macaroni and cheese tastes much different. 20 % charge for eating in. 40 for 2 people a bit much. I will not return.

Excellent food and great prices. These guys have accommodated a few company lunches for us on very short notice and did a fantastic job.I attended a festival where Merredith's served Brunswick stew and it was, hands down, the best Brunswick I've ever had at any festival. That's saying a lot, I'm 47 years old. I've been to a LOT of local festivals, in my lifetime!Keep doing what you're doing, guys. Bravo.

I love this place! You will love it too. The food is wonderful!! Country home cooking! It's a good price for the buffet on a regular Sunday. But the prices go way up if it's a Holiday.
