Papa Johns Pizza

We received a notification that our pizza was ready so we proceed inside to get our food. Was told it would be 5 more minutes that turned into 30. After multiple times of going in the store and asking about our food they forgot to cook our wings so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Whoever the female was that was working was extremely disrespectful. I looked for a name badge but she wasn’t wearing one. Food tastes great but not worth dealing with that rude and disrespectful woman

This is the best location I've been to. The manager - the one time we spoke with her about a concern (not even a real problem) - was very professional and helped us out right away even though we had no expectation of that. They make very good pizzas and are always pleasant, even late at night. I would happily recommend this location.

I'm sorry I didn't get this review in sooner. And if their corporate office pays attention to this, they should appreciate their employees here.

Emmy, should probably learn customer service. When I called to complain about how my sealed box of pizza had sauce wide open in the box she asked “ what do you want me to do about it” then accused me of “ calling to argue” all because I said “the sauce that I paid for was opened and poured into the box.” She was rude, confrontational, and disrespectful and hostile. Will never order from here again.

Don’t know if it was the night or not, but it took an hour for the website to show baking.. I waited in store for almost an hour. This isn’t typical of Papa John’s. However, expect waiting times well beyond the typical.

Don't doordash from here unless you feel like sitting 30 minutes.

Slow staff bad product. Staff doesn't care how long you're sitting there.

Hardly any toppings at all and it was very doughy obviously under cooked. Always had good customer service but won't return to any of their locations anymore.

Got the order wrong, was charged 3.00 each for toppings that were ridiculously sparse. Pizza was luke warm and mostly dough.
I will never order from them again.

I've now had two experiences with this location in the last month and both times my order had been horribly made, with last time it being almost entirely inedible. I don't understand what had tanked the quality here, but it's unacceptable.

dude this papa johns has gone downhill man i literally stood on papa johns being the best pizza and i swear it was until they hired literal crack heads who couldn’t care less about safety and food quality there was like 3 workers sitting outside talking and smoking 😭 i wouldn’t care but i swear they ate one of our wings which were HORRIBLE☠️ they looked and tasted like store bought microwave chicken bites and the pizza was made incorrectly and horribly. i love the garlic sauce but they gave us one that was liquidy with floating things in it and i know it’s just butter but it never thickened up and it tasted gross compared to the other ones. literally would be great if the people working their actually gave af. when my bf went in to pick up our food he also grabbed a drink and the worker completely ignored him honestly i think he should’ve just walked out with it instead of getting their attention😭 i hope there are changes made but i’ve gone through these reviews and didn’t see anyone replying promising fixes.

The delivery service took our $50 order to the wrong house and Emie the manager was very rude and wouldn’t make it right, I use to order from here all the time but not with service and employees that are allowed to treat you so unprofessional

How is this location still open? I gave them THREE different shots over a span of a year and they managed to serve the nastiest inedible pizza I've ever experienced. Won't even waste my keystrokes on explaining how terrible ALL of the managers and workers are; I think the 30 one star reviews before me kind of get the picture across...
