I cannot express how happy the staff at this Starbucks makes me. Jordan always has a smile on his face and asks about how life is going, and Angelina is so incredibly kind and always give a little extra whipped cream in my dog’s pup cup :) I have never had a bad drink from here and I will ALWAYS be a regular! I love this Starbucks so much!

Do not go to this place. They don’t make drinks properly and just want to rush you out. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino, but they gave me something that tasted like regular iced coffee. No caramel on top, not cold enough, and completely disappointing . They will be out of business soon

My CARAMEL ribbon crunch was terrible. NO CARAMEL like the whole point of the drink is the caramel. I don’t wanna seem fat but like I ordered a CARAMEL ribbon crunch for a reason. And even if I ask for extra there’s still none. Y’all do better 👎👎👎👎

Not consistent and will sneak in an espresso with just milk instead of a $7 craft drink - you won’t realize it until you get to work that it’s not what you ordered.
*EDIT* telling me to come all the way back so you can remake it is rude af.

Needed my Grande was two shots of espresso in it best thing I've had in a long time and it was surely needed and very fast service plus I had to buy a mug it was time to collect another one

Great experience when I was in town to stop and get some work done and enjoy a coffee. Staff were all professional and friendly. Where they really went above and beyond though - nearly 2 weeks after visiting the store, I noticed that I forgot my AirPods behind. I called and Lee quickly let me know she had them and could come grab them. I let her know I was traveling for work and live in VB and not even for a second did she hesitate to tell me that she would send them through the mail.
She kept me informed on when she was able to get them in the mail and got them to me quickly after discovering them. Thank you so much Lee for going above and beyond! It’s not often you receive this level of customer service anymore, it is very appreciated.
