They have a gentleman that works there he is very rude you tell him thank you and he won't even say nothing to you I just left there he definitely don't know customer service he is always like that this isn't the first time don't know if I will go back

Placed on order online and asked for extra lettuce and black olives. A $17 sandwich. Sub was made normally with regular quantities. I compared the quantity with another sub I ordered and portions were the same. I went back inside and asked for more lettuce and black olives as I had ordered. Manager wanted to argue with me and insist it was double. They also mixed up the types of bread for 2 sandwiches, but I let that slide. By far the sloppiest sandwich I have ever recieved from Subway in 26 years. Make the extra drive to Amherst. They'll treat you right. 😡

It had been awhile since I had been to this location and I'm glad I stopped by. The store was very clean. The food area was very clean and fresh. Even the bread was perfect. The lady who helped me was very nice and actually made my sub beautiful during a rush which was appreciated. I will definitely be making this my first location again!

Pretty good, but sometimes the tomatoes and lettuce are nasty. And the staff never thanks me when I leave them a tip. Common courtesy goes both ways.
Went in Subway in Madison Heights Va. I did see tea so I ask if they had tea. Staff said no this is at 1pm. I ask why no tea was told they had other things to do. We'll it went bad from there. Staff rude and said they wouldn't wait on me and to leave. 4 months ago I left message for owner to call because of service and a tea issue never heard from them.
