Do NOT order on the app at this location. Ordered for delivery- over half the food was missing from the bag (the big sticker in the front of the bag had everything that was SUPPOSED to be in there. That should have been their first clue*) Tried contacting door dash/driver that brought the food- both told me I needed to contact the store/Taco Bell. Called this location and was told multiple times there’s nothing they can do, that I couldn’t just come get my food from them because “they would be losing product.” HOW?? I paid for food I didn’t get!!! Finally my husband calls this location again and she says “oh yeah we have the rest of your food sitting right here.” WHAT. So he’s headed there now to pick it up- which completely defeats the purpose of paying and tipping for delivery. I absolutely need a refund for this headache. Again, DO NOT order from this location.

I just wanna say that Taco Bell in Madison heights is the best. I worked today been up since 5 am took my son to school went to work got off at 3pm. I was busy at work didn’t have time for lunch I ate about 8 am. On my way home I stopped to get Taco Bell for us and we’ll when I went to drive off from ordering my stop and start engine decided to not start so hear I am sitting there and can’t go. I’m so embarrassed at this point I want to die and now I have to ask for help. So I tell the girl what’s going and I have jumper cables if someone can lend me a car. Not to mention this happened to me Monday when same story but instead of Taco Bell I’m at piano practice with my son across town. So the women comes out and helps me we get my car going and I drive around expecting to pay for our food and the women said it’s on the house. I cant tell you how thankful I was for this woman to be so kind when I was so stressed out and late picking my son up from school. I was tired, hungry and stressed out. I’m sorry I did not get your name but I appreciate you and may god bless you. Thank goodness for good people❤️
