We went through the drive through. The cashier was too quick with the order trying to give is the total when we were still trying to order more. We ordered a drink but she didn't ring it up and we ordered two specific tacos but she rung it up wrong. I wanted another taco but I couldn't order another one because she told us to pull around to the window. I usually love taco bell but I feel like I should steer clear from here for now. Or at least until something is done about the audio or something? Don't you want the customers service?

This Taco Bell saved me in 2022. When I was broke, I bought the $2 Chipotle ranch filled chicken burritos here. Praise the Lord.

I never complain about the service I receive at Taco Bell, but tonight the service was awful. I was rushed through my order so much to where the cashier almost got my order wrong. She forgot to give me my drink which was sitting on the counter beside my food. She didn't change her gloves before taking someone else's order, using her gloves to ring up someone and fixing food afterwards, gloves still not changed. She wasn't friendly at all. I understand that we all have bad days but leave it at home
Dislike going to this Taco Bell order is always wrong never correct. Workers want $20 an hour but can’t ever read the order on the screen right. If in the future I want Taco Bell I will go out of my way to Lynchburg to get the order right.

Always Great service. Food is always hot but they don't sell breakfast here or the new nuggets. That is a bummer but still enjoy their regular menu items.

I had the best experience today at the drive thru at Taco Bell in Madison Heights VA I was waited on by a young woman with black and white hair and she was just so friendly and sweet!! She made sure I had everything I needed and then some, it does a long ways to have someone be so nice in this day and age, so just wanted to bring some notice to this young lady, to say thank you to her, and to this Taco Bell.
