I just wanna say that Taco Bell in Madison heights is the best. I worked today been up since 5 am took my son to school went to work got off at 3pm. I was busy at work didn’t have time for lunch I ate about 8 am. On my way home I stopped to get Taco Bell for us and we’ll when I went to drive off from ordering my stop and start engine decided to not start so hear I am sitting there and can’t go. I never complain about the service I receive at Taco Bell, but tonight the service was awful. I was rushed through my order so much to where the cashier almost got my order wrong. She forgot to give me my drink which was sitting on the counter beside my food. She didn't change her gloves before taking someone else's order, using her gloves to ring up someone and fixing food afterwards, gloves still not changed. She wasn't friendly at all. I had the best experience today at the drive thru at Taco Bell in Madison Heights VA I was waited on by a young woman with black and white hair and she was just so friendly and sweet!! She made sure I had everything I needed and then some, it does a long ways to have someone be so nice in this day and age, so just wanted to bring some notice to this young lady, to say thank you to her, and to this Taco Bell.
