I never complain about the service I receive at Taco Bell, but tonight the service was awful. I was rushed through my order so much to where the cashier almost got my order wrong. She forgot to give me my drink which was sitting on the counter beside my food. She didn't change her gloves before taking someone else's order, using her gloves to ring up someone and fixing food afterwards, gloves still not changed. She wasn't friendly at all. I understand that we all...
I had the best experience today at the drive thru at Taco Bell in Madison Heights VA I was waited on by a young woman with black and white hair and she was just so friendly and sweet!! She made sure I had everything I needed and then some, it does a long ways to have someone be so nice in this day and age, so just wanted to bring some notice to this young lady, to say thank you to her, and to this Taco Bell.
The food was amazing, but the service for adults could be better, and the atmosphere wasn't your best work. But, overall 4/5 stars.
