Im only rating this McDonald's a five star because of the service. It seems they've finally gotten someone working there that is polite and provides excellent service. I believe his name was Devin. Normally when I go through this McDonald's the service is stagnant and the staff are mundane. As if they hate being there. My food order is always screwed up. But not this time. I got everything I ordered and had a great service experience for once! All because of this one employee.

The food was good and fries were hot. The service was good and drive thru line moved fairly quickly. I didn't receive the exact meal that I paid for, but it was pretty close to what I ordered, so I kept it anyway.

By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Since they have new owners and employees that have taken over, they have terrible customer service. NEVER answer the phones, they make you pull up to the spots and then have you sit there for 30 minutes waiting on 2 meals. This is ridiculous. Y’all need to get your act together.

Order was slightly wrong but they made it right immediately. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Shares space w/ a gas station, has a couple of spots for truckers in the back. Both close at 11pm

Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in terms of service. They have the most awful, slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s, and it’s not a fluke, because it’s like this every time I’m here. Just now, I had to demand service for them to help me, but they straight up ignored me for a solid 5-10 minutes and would have probably continued if I didn’t say anything. The ONLY reason I still come back to McDonald’s is their $2.99 Happy Meals. And GOD FORBID they get my order right.

I live in this town and it’s the worst service of any McDonalds on the eastern seaboard!! They people there are just plain lazy rude and ignorant!!! I would not stop here and eat. We thought we would get lucky because nobody was here. Been waiting over 30min. Damn shame.
This is a new low for even McDonald's. Waited 25 minutes inside to receive 2 regular meals. No special request. They did not bring it to the table as said to happen on the screen. The food was very cold. Well over 25 cold. This food we waited for was over an hour old and terrible. The women working front was very rude to me and many others. She also would not give the glasses for drinks. So bad
