The crew people is not taking if the people who is waiting at the counter. Even if we tried to call them they are ignoring the customers and simply chit chatting. I almost waited 40 minutes at the counter to get my food and after I called them continuously one of them responded and started making my food. This is very worst service.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location that I’ve never had at any other McDonald’s. On two separate occasions, I placed a mobile pickup order only to be told they had no record of it forcing me to sit and wait over 30 minutes for “fast” food. Another time, I waited over half an hour just for TWO cookies. Two! Not twenty, not forty, two cookies! Every single time, the food has been soggy, the fries are limp and cold, and the drinks (whether from the back or the front counter) are always flat, with or without ice. This place is a complete mess. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the frustration don’t go here.

Got harrassed, they left out part of our order (ordered on kiosk), when we asked for the missing sandwich we were given one of the small cheeseburgers (had ordered a McCrispy), then when we pointed out this was the incorrect sandwich the assosciate got an attitude, ignoring our discrepency and told us to have a good night. If 0 stars was an option, I'd give it.

Quite possible the slowest mcdonald's within a 1,000 mile radius. They also forget your sauce 9/10 times.
Im only rating this McDonald's a five star because of the service. It seems they've finally gotten someone working there that is polite and provides excellent service. I believe his name was Devin. Normally when I go through this McDonald's the service is stagnant and the staff are mundane. As if they hate being there. My food order is always screwed up. But not this time. I got everything I ordered and had a great service experience for once! All because of this one employee.

The food was good and fries were hot. The service was good and drive thru line moved fairly quickly. I didn't receive the exact meal that I paid for, but it was pretty close to what I ordered, so I kept it anyway.

By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Since they have new owners and employees that have taken over, they have terrible customer service. NEVER answer the phones, they make you pull up to the spots and then have you sit there for 30 minutes waiting on 2 meals. This is ridiculous. Y’all need to get your act together.

Order was slightly wrong but they made it right immediately. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Shares space w/ a gas station, has a couple of spots for truckers in the back. Both close at 11pm
