If I could give zero stars I would. This store deserves nothing more than zero stars. We called to get a refund my husband ordered online and it was sent to the wrong store. We was met with a nasty attitude. She was very nasty and very rude. Stated the owner would call us. The owner eventually called and wasn't much better. Refused to give us a refund. We eventually did get a refund through the app but it took several weeks. DO NOT ORDER from this location. The staff is rude and talk to customers as if they have zero home training at all. 1 employee in particular is very sweet but the rest are terrible and unprofessional.

She was very rude and unprofessional. Stated her owner would call us we never got a call from management. So they took our money and we did not get the product. DO NOT order from this location they are horrible to work with and talk to people as if they have had no home training at all.

We were traveling through the area and stopped. It was one of the cleanest subways I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly. The floor was clean and so were the tables and they each had a small American flag.

They didn't put chicken or bacon on my chicken bacon ranch. It was just a bunch of ranch and onions. I had to drive all the way back out there to get it fixed. No apologies, no discount, nothing. Terrible service.

Terrible. Owner even worse. Called about a promotion and was not told the truth….I paid more for my food than I should have and all owner could say was “we don’t control the app” instead of making it right! Go to another subway if you want decent customer service.

Staff is friendly and quick. The turkey was good and the toppings all seemed fresh.I’ve eaten at subways all across central and northern VA and this one is definitely high quality.

we had a soccer game in Madison, 2+ hours from home, I contacted Subway to order boxed lunches for our players bus ride home. This location accommodated my order, was on time and priced perfectly. Thank you! I highly recommend this subway.

Was grossed out, thankfully my subs was almost done, girl fixing sub and her big earring fellIn lettuce, thankfully I already had lettuce. And then her shirt was touching subs, I told her that’s not very good, but she ignored me, then she went to next person, she was fixing a online order while I was there and she told other lady ranch was mistakenly put on that sandwich but only took a little bit off said they wouldn’t know because they wanted extra mayonnaise anyway, I also asked for extra onions and had to keep begging, don’t think it even equaled a slice, poor customer service

This place is horrible now I used to come here a lot. But I will never come here again after today . I purchased a 6 inch veggie patty and it was poorly made . Staff is getting really lazy with their sub making skills . The Sub which was falling apart when I unwrapped it because it was soaked in Mayo and the veggie patty was cold. I only had lettuce and spinach on their so it’s not like it was overload and that’s why it fell apart. I asked for a refund or to make a new sub and they offered to replace veggie patty only but to keep the soggie bread and veggies ??‍♀️I said no that won’t fix the problem and the staff member called the manager about the problem and the manager refused to remake the whole sub again . So I had to throw it away and lost $5.19.Ridiculous they need better staff members and management. I’ll be driving to Ruckersvile from now on to give them my business!!!!
