I only go to Cook Out for hush puppies. Stopped at this location on a road trip from Massanutten resort. I ordered 2 orders of hush puppies in drive-through. At the window i was met with a "double order" in one to go box along with a burger my passenger order. Problem was the double order was less hush puppies than what's normal for a single order (about 12 puppies). I counted only less than 10 in my double order.

Food tastes good. Affordable prices. Went inside ate no issues. When I drove thru the drive thru I placed a different ordered to take home. The order taker had a bad attitude she kept cutting me off mid sentence when I was talking and she also gave me the wrong items I asked for cheese fries they had chili on them, my daughter asked for onions and tomatoes on her chicken sandwich , they did not add the onions or the tomatoes. When I got to the window she yanked it open and said $21.20. I said ok, I'm paying separately. She nastily says are you paying for both of them using cash, I replied yes. I was handed my food. I thanked her. She never said your welcome and she slammed the window frowning. This was very bad customer service I didn't feel valued at this establishment namely in the drive thru.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! November 12th: I ordered a cheeseburger plate with all toppings EXCEPT bacon. I ended up with a hamburger WITH bacon, mayo and mustard! I wasted $10 on a burger that I could NOT eat! I'm not sure who was processing orders in the kitchen but my order was not the only wrong order. Another lady came in as I was leaving! Food prices are too high for your kitchen crew to be messing up orders that customers can't eat!
