I got 9 onion rings for a double onion rings. Onion in onion rings was not great. And banana pudding milkshake didn't taste like banana pudding just banana. The place felt lonely, and kinda sad. The decorations are pretty but the whole place feels very empty and cold. The fans can knock down your receipt and all paper too. Not to mention the frys we're okay, but I look at the rest of the reviews and I wished they looked like that! Ours were kind of mushy, and might need more crisp, or more time on the oven.

The customer service is repugnant. I have been here 10+ times and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order, not to mention they are so rude for no reason... Wish management or corporate would talk to staff about order accuracy and attitude. Do better, y'all.

I only go to Cook Out for hush puppies. Stopped at this location on a road trip from Massanutten resort. I ordered 2 orders of hush puppies in drive-through. At the window i was met with a "double order" in one to go box along with a burger my passenger order. Problem was the double order was less hush puppies than what's normal for a single order (about 12 puppies). I counted only less than 10 in my double order.

The burgers are really good but you go there for the shakes. Every shake is flavored with real ingredients for example banana pudding shake is flavored with bananas and nilla wafers
