Great food but the service is always so slow and the staff don’t care at all. ** Edit to my first review.** The GM and manager personally reached out to me. They apologized and accepted the service was not to their standards. They did not hide from it. Then they invited me back to give them another chance. Nothing but respect for how they handled it. As stated originally, food is always great and service was excellent on my return visit.

Burned.

It is best to pick up instead of delivery. They will forget many parts of your order forcing you to go and pick it up in person. Why spend on tipband delivery fee. Also when you pick up your food go through your order they will also forget something. Not to mention how non chalant they are about it.

Best place Guaspos Restaurant is very clean second time they have good food taste delicious Antony and Elmer give you best service. I Highly recommend Guapos Restaurants.

I came to Guapo’s excited to enjoy one of my favorites—lomo saltado—but I left feeling extremely disappointed. The meat was incredibly tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat, and it was overwhelmingly salty (and that’s coming from someone who likes flavorful food!). It really missed the mark. I asked to substitute the fries for yuca and was charged extra—which I wouldn’t normally mind, but the Guapo’s location in Herndon has never charged me for this simple swap. Then came the horchata… $5 for a small drink? I’ve paid $3.50 at other Guapo’s locations, so that caught me off guard too. In total, I paid $33 for a salty plate of lomo saltado and a drink. Definitely not worth it. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Worst meal in a while. Absolutely horrible. Birra had no flavor, dry, and yet somehow was still not even present in the ramen bowl, tacos, or burrito. Soft boiled egg was flat and fried. Best thing about Guapos was the soda machine!

There’s no better restaurant than this one for charcoal chicken. Clean, great vibes, fantastic food, nice staff. Every time I go with my family, I know I will have a good time there. No pressured tipping bullshit. Just good vibe and good food, and that’s what a restaurant is all about.

I just called this restaurant my wife placed an order the order was completely incorrect all I did was call and ask for the managers on duty I got the runaround for 40 minutes just to get a staff member to try to give me a name and that couldn’t be done. Drove an hour to place a simple order and that was not accomplished. Meanwhile they play games on the phone they act like they don’t understand any English and put me on hold for three times. Never ever purchase anything from this restaurant if possible, and if you do make sure you check it item for items and compared to what you paid for so far it’s been a big rip off and they think it’s funny. The name on the receipt is Maria, the first name of the person from what I understood that’s a manager her name was PaolaAnd the third person that thought everything was funny and put me on hold I asked her seven times what her name was and she would not tell me.
