Guapo's Taqueria & Charcoal Chicken

I had the pleasure of eating here for dinner yesterday. I ordered the half grilled chicken with all dark meat with sides of Yuka and Rice. My food came with side of sauces as well. My husband ordered the beef burrito and it came with chips and really tasty salsa. I love the food, it’s so delicious, the service was pretty fast. The only thing is the music a bit loud, which I guess that’s what some people prefer. Overall, I would come back to eat here and I highly recommend it.

In between Manassas or Herndon Guapo’s 100% Herndon it’ll be worth the flavor, the people, the environment, in Manassas guapos we go from food with no taste/flavor, and some interesting staff… to flavor in anything you get from Herndon Guapos, Mango juice, the food, the sauces, the environment… definitely heading to Herndon instead of Manassas for some good guapos

The food was very delicious, the roast meat arrived as I ordered it, I also want to congratulate the cashier Shirley who was very kind and very attentive when taking my order.
She's the best cashier they have!

First time trying this restaurant and will definitely go again mainly for the Birria tacos! The tacos were great but hopefully next time we get more meat than fat. We also ordered the Birria ramen soup and while the broth was amazing, the noodles themselves didn’t have any flavor, and there was no meat in it like the picture online shows.

Today I ordered over the phone and I was told 7 minutes to pick up food. I got there in about 5 minutes paid and then waited 15 minutes for my food. I wasn't to happy about this since my food apparently was just sitting on the counter the whole time. As I watched people come in and out and get their food I waited patiently think hey maybe they ordered before you so just wait. Tried to give the employees time to yell my name but they never did. So I asked if my food was being worked on and to my surprise it was already done and had been sitting on the counter the while time I was waiting. I wasn't to happy but the professionalism and kindness of Hailey (sorry if I didn't spell the name right) changed my mood. She wasn't pleasant and spoke kindly to me. She apologized even though it wasn't her faught my food had been sitting. So thank you Hailey for making my visit better! You are a model employee that I hope everyone there learns from. Keep up the good work and I hope you have a great day, week , month, and year!

No numbers for tables provided at the kiosk, you can't complete your order without it.
They took tables and chairs away to accommodate a cake cutting area.
Cashiers walk away from their registers, when you are next. Cashiers don't speak loud enough for you to hear.
2 al pastor tacos took 22 minutes to get delivered!
The manager came over and wanted to comp us any additional food. So that was nice. No offer for a refund and we didn't ask.
If the waitress didn't look into it,we would probably still be waiting.
I used to love this place. Probably won't be back.

First time going to this location. I had a bad experience with other locations, but I said to my self ? let's give it another shot.
THE PLACE IS AMAZING!!! super clean, a lot of technology. You're able to place your own order like some other fast food restaurants.
Staff were fantastic, warm, and welcome. The salad was delicious and gorgeously presented.
The atmosphere was convivial and inviting. This Guapos location is so much better than the others. Overall outstanding.
I will certainly be back. Management is doing a great job.
