Joe's Pizza & Subs

Finally got an answer on the fold and was asked to hold. Listened to workers talk and laugh while sitting there on hold for 15 minutes. Called from a different phone and was able to order finally. Went to pick up the food and lady up front was very rude and disrespectful. Got home and my sausage roll was inedible dough was hard as a rock. The Zep was great as always. I don't know if they changed owners or if this was just a one off but I felt disrespected and food was not the best as it has been in the past.

Called at 2134 and was told they're closed. Update your hours please.

EDIT after business replied saying i’m reviewing the wrong place. i couldn’t find a way to reply to their reply. no i am not reviewing the wrong place. take accountability. if your people didn’t ask the correct questions about what i wanted to order that’s on them not me. why was management not made aware? how the hell do i know? take that up with your employees. i know which place im reviewing. i’m aware there’s another place with very similar name. i’m reviewing the shack off of centerville not far from Guapos. take accountability for the mistakes your staff made throughout the process. i love how your answer to everyone is “you’re reviewing the wrong place” don’t gaslight

My husband called and order carry out and then I picked it up on my way home. I ORDERED an italian sub (says spicy italian on the menu but they say they don’t have spicy) and he ORDERED a corned beef and provolone SANDWICH. what they gave us was one italian sub and then another italian sub basically but with corned beef in it instead. both had teeny tiny bit of meat in it, almost nothing. of course we discovered this when i got home. we called to tell them their mistake and they sat their on the phone and argued with us. they tried to tell us that we ordered wrong. how do i order wrong when im the one that knows what I want. and also it was supposed to be a sandwich for my husband. not a sub. so you are already wrong. we used to go here once in awhile but not anymore. they’ve been going downhill and now they want to argue with us when they were in the wrong.

took an hour and a half to receive food,and we are just around the corner. told us after our initial 40 minute wait driver was on his way.waited an additional 50 minutes. still a favorite but need to do better now with delivery times.

There is no better steak and cheese sub anywhere near. I love this place, I hope it never closes.

Got a 12 steak n cheese and order fried mushrooms . Small order on the shrooms. The sub was basically all vegetables and bread. You get more meat on a mcds mcdouble than what was on the sub . Joes used to be a good place for subs but not no more. And the price is high too for what you get.

The pizza slice that I had was amazing, but I did not care for my chicken parm. That I ordered. So that is something I would not order again, but since the slice was good I willing to order different items off the menu.
Ok, 2nd time, the pizza was dry as heck, and I added mushrooms to the pep pizza. So now I'm like, let me give them a 3rd it was kind of late, and I'm still thinking about that first slice that I had.
The so this 3rd time I called it in and asked that it atleast have some type of cheese on it and to add the mushrooms again and as you can see from the pick I got a half done as pizza with some raw mushrooms/pep not even stuck to the pizza and some sprinkled cheese on top. This pizza hit the oven for 2 seconds. I'm sorry it's time to find a nice spot for a slice.
4th time I'm so stupid, I should have just got Domino's pizza. I ordered delivery and of course my food would arrive cold when I love 4 mins away from the resturant and they had the nerve to call me and ask if I was going to add a tip on my card after I placed the order for delivery about 20 minutes later say I was the last drop off. I had a cash tip 6 dollars after spending almost 50 on the order. I didn't tell me what the tip was, but I informed them I was cash tipping. The pizza was cold as ice and had to go in the oven. The bread or so-called cheese garlic bread was a damn hot dog bun. The only thing that was ok was the damn salad. Manger or owner run me my money back because you can't be for real. 50 bucks on a pizza, salad, and a hot dog bun. Plus, tipping your driver 6 bucks. Ya are wrong, and you know it.
