My wife and I used to like to come by this place to get sweet bread (which is just ok), now I will never be back again. Today as usual for me, I stopped by and the male cashier that ran my order did not give me the right change in return for my purchase. I am not upset at a “loss” but I am upset that it seemed premeditated.

Honestly the sweet bread is very delicious and the French bread but there is one detail that ruins this place!Hygiene! The bitter old women! From there all the food is FATAL! TO MY SHAME I AM THAT ONE TAKES RECOMMENDED PEOPLE AND FOR THEM TO REALIZE THAT THE TAMALES DO NOT SERVE ANYTHING AND THE FOOD IS FRESHLY MADE EVERYTHING IS OLD FOODIt's a shame because if they had different staff serving them and fumigated the place everything would be fine but it all starts with the owners!

The attention of the female cashiers is terrible, they are not friendly or cordial, they run to the customers... what a shame because the products are good and delicious... they should have open options in the pastry shop and not charge for minimal details...Parking: Well lit

I don't understand why this place has extra change when you pay with debit card, Credit card is ok, but debit card is our own money. They charge about 10% of the purchase extra .No les recomiendo que paguen con tarjeta de débito o credito , ellos cobran extra 10% del total de la compra, cuando usas debit or credit card en tu compra, Cuando compras cash No.

The chicken tamales and queso duro gets 4 stars. I've never purchased a cake, to be honest I don't think I'll ever will, the cakes don't look that appetizing.

Worst place to buy bread! They have the worst customer service. Don't get fooled!! If I could give less than a star I would!

It was horrible experience.. i was keep calling for ordering for birthday cake but they keep cutting my call saying no english.. i dont blame for those innocent people who dont know english but managers of that shop that atleast they should put two people for customer service who can understand english aswell

I went in, we buy bread here numerous times. BUT!!!! Today I went in grabbed a new piece of bread I wanted to try and it had a COCKROACH on the bread. I grabbed and told the woman there was a COCKROACH on the bread still holding it with the tongs and she still did not seem bothered by it and even said was I sure while staring at it in plain sight!!! She then asked me what did I want to do about it?? I told her well obviously throw it away it was crawling all over the piece. Then I said also wanted to throw the other pieces I got from that same kind of bread and she seemed bothered by that! But honestly how can you guarantee it wasn’t crawling all over the rest of the same bread? I doubt the cockroach was sticking to that one piece. I am so annoyed with how they dealt with that situation, I didn’t even get an apology. I get that sometimes you can control those pests but geez at least seem interested in what is happening!! They are selling food and I can now think it has for sure happened before and they seem to not care for it. I know I am not okay with eating bread with a side of cockroaches. Will not be dealing with them again.

Being approached in a parking lot after dark is scary. I took my child to Sky Zone Manassas a few days ago and wanted to visit the Alfapan bakery next door but there was a guy standing directly in front of Alfapan who would come out to any cars that pulled into the lot and offer to wash their windows with a squeegee (yet he had no bucket of water). The bread from Alfapan smelled so good but I just did not want to take the risk of walking up past the loitering man with my child in tow. Bummer. Panhandling is illegal on private property but it seems to happen frequently. I went to Alfapan a few days later when the man was gone. Good bread. Will go again.

I started talking and got hung up on. No call back. This bakery could open up to new customers a little bit. Just a little?
