Ham and Swiss deal is great and food was really hot. Restaurant is known for fixing the food when you order, so waiting a few more minutes might be a pain but worth your money

My order was delayed because of the fries, but when I got my food, the fries were almost cold. I didn't say anything because I didn't want any issues. I ordered the fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich along with a reuben and they were really good, can't complain. Then I ordered some chicken tenders, and that also took some time because they were making some fresh ones, but again, half were not hot, and the other half was. It was pretty clean both dining room and bathroom. Service could have been better. It seemed short staffed, maybe that's why the service was not so great.

Took a friend who'd never been there before, food and service was good. Ate inside. It was not busy. Two ketchup dispensers - one empty, other one I emptied with one pump, advised them but they just offered packets. Took or turnovers home only to find out hers was the wrong flavor.

If you don't like Arby's... don't come here.. If you do, this is a good spot! The drive through always moves quick and we have never gotten an order with missing or incorrect items. I also appreciate that their interior is still the 1990s/2000s aesthetic, makes me very nostalgic

Everytime I go through the drive thru they are quick and courteous. However, the young man working today was awesome! He was speedy, even though it looked like he was running the joint, and he was very kind.

It was nearly empty when i came in and ordered two curly fries, 1 sandwich and a shake. After taking my order, the staff basically chatted with each other for 5 minutes, ignoring me and my order. At first, I thought it was because the fries weren't ready, but when I finally got the food, both fries orders were cold. I would have griped, but had guests waiting in my home. Sandwich was okay and the shake was fine, but the staff was not customer-centric. It was like we weren't there once we'd paid.
Went through drive-thru got a roastbeef sandwich bit into it and it was cold..the bun and roast beef. Went back thru explained my sandwich was cold. Got a new sandwich. Meat was warm, bun was cold. Will not go back to this Arby's. I've been through dive-thru Arby's and never gotten a cold sandwich.

The people here are nasty. I’ve had two friends apply to try and work here and the Peruvian manager is terrible. She treats workers bad and doesn’t teach them anything. So beware if your order is wrong its because they don’t train people. They just leave them there with the food. And the Bolivian HR is just as bad. When workers complain she acts dumb pretending she doesn’t know and justifies it with “that’s the attitude she has.” They don’t tell workers how much they will get paid and expect workers to live off working 12 hours a week. The food isn’t even good. No wonder this place is always empty.
