My order was delayed because of the fries, but when I got my food, the fries were almost cold. I didn't say anything because I didn't want any issues. I ordered the fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich along with a reuben and they were really good, can't complain. Then I ordered some chicken tenders, and that also took some time because they were making some fresh ones, but again, half were not hot, and the other half was. Took a friend who'd never been there before, food and service was good. Ate inside. It was not busy. Two ketchup dispensers - one empty, other one I emptied with one pump, advised them but they just offered packets. Took or turnovers home only to find out hers was the wrong flavor.
