The lady working in the counter does not even care about the customers. She is rude and very unprofessional. Yesterday, when I was buying bread, I told her about her rude behavior that it will affect the bakery’s business. However, she clearly said that if I am not happy, I shouldn’t come here.

Although the 50% bread is great, ever since they hired this new guy it has been horrible service, he has been super rude, unprofessional ,and is need of training. I have been a customer here for 9 years and never had this type of experience from this place until now.

The lady working there is awesome, she is honest and caring for her customers. We have at least 4 bread stores in 2 mile range of our house in Stafford, I drive all the way to Ariana bakery to get fresh bread from them, this time a man who wear glasses gave us mix bread, 2 or 3 fresh and put old bread in the middle. Very disrespectful, this is why I degrade them from 5 to 3 star. I would give 1 star but I respect the lady there.

I would avoid going here at all cost. The place is very dirty and quality of food is very bad. I saw a roach and fly on the food. I would strongly recommend going to prime as they do a great job taking care of customers. You don’t know what they are putting in the food as it has a weird smell. If you don’t care about your health and like eating garbage then this is the place for you.

I paid for the black bread when I got home I saw 60% breads were white, the quantity and prices is not acceptable, the lady who is answering the calls and being on counter isn’t professional needs more training and good behavior with customers.
