Instead appreciating the feedback and giving a solution, he took the whole conversation to another topic and start stating and pointing finger on a community ( the community which he has a good business from them every day) that you guys always complain and making issues even though I didn’t ask him for a refund or exchange. Very rude customer service!!! The whole conversation was with the Owner “Abdullah”!!!

I wish I could give them 0. First of all I want to let you know that this place has the worst afghan bread in the entire United States. Too much soda and no taste at all. Probably clay would taste better than their overpriced bread. As if this was not enough, they also sell old bread from days ago as “fresh” and act like this is the most normal thing to sell old bread as fresh and at full price. This is not Afghanistan. We are in the United States, you need to tell your clients if it’s fresh or not and don’t lie about it. On top of that the lady working there is super rude as well.Everyone should do themselves a favor and don’t waste time at this store. I would rather drive 40-60 mins to Springfield or Alexandria for fresh afghan bread and stay away from this place. This place used to have good bread but owners changed and now some fobs took over.

I go to this place all the time, the customer service is really nice, the lady at the front is very kind, respectful and professional. Even customers came with out pre order. Still she tries to give them at least one or two breads.The bread is the best.

The customer service is professional, amazing, and great. The cashier is well mannered, kind and respectful. We all appreciate her hard work and respect her. I have seen how she interacts with other customers that were before me. She is kind and knows how to solve an issue. There are those that have said false statements about her that are fake and not true. Those people have issues about the policy, I suppose. The policy was created by the manager and the cashier is just doing her job by following the policy of the store. It is not her fault that there are people that are upset, and not happy with the store’s policy. I give the customer service a 5 star.

Her behavior and communication style are unquestionably unfair and bothersome. I have observed her engaging in arguments with numerous customers. If the owner happens to come across these reviews, it would be wise to investigate the matter and consider hiring someone who displays professionalism. Personally, I have decided not to patronize this store any longer.

Taking order and giving the order is so bad .I did the order on phone morning time for eight breads, I said I’ll come afternoon for 8bread. when I was come she says someone already took your order. I can’t take 8 bread

Bread Quality is not as good it used to be. It seems they use too much backing soda and on the package it says it contains sesame seeds an black seeds but there is none on the breads. It is also too pricey. $9 for two in one package.
