Service was incredible. Ilianawas so amazing and took care of us. the drink and sugar pretzels are to die for the sugar pretzels are so soft and the watermelon lemonade is outstanding. Definitely recommend this place

Awful service, given bad attitude for no reason. Slamming things, handing out items I did not ask for, rolling eyes, not even knowing their own menu. Clearly decent human decency let alone customer service isn’t part of their training here.

I went to this location with my son on a Monday afternoon. There weren’t any other customers and I gave my son my card and asked him to order what he wants, just so he gets used to stuff like this. It took him a minute to tell the lady at the register what he wanted and when she asked a follow up question (in a very rude tone), my son took a moment to think and the lady at the register immediately yelled at me and beckoned me to come over and told me my son doesn’t know how to speak and to quickly tell her what he wanted before “the rush” (mind you, there was no one else there). I called out her rudeness and she said she’s not a “baby sitter for disabled kids”. My son is not even disabled but that comment is highly inappropriate regardless. I was absolutely infuriated and left without ordering. Shame on this lady and shame on the management here.

I visited the store for the free pretzel day and anticipating to buy other items. There three staffs at the counter, all of them didn’t have knowledge of the promotion. I had logged in to website to use the promotion, they insisted the promotion doesn’t work because I don’t have the app installed. Which made absolutely no sense! After I downloaded the app, the app presented the same screens as the website, they couldn’t figured how to use it. They had no knowledge of the promotion, the cashier insisted I scanned the flyer on the counter to get the free pretzel! When I asked for the manager, all of sudden the promotion works. Then I asked for mustard with my pretzel , she made me paid for it! Which I know Auntie annie has the free mustard packages with the pretzel purchase. It was an unpleasant experience and will not go back when I’m in the mall. I ended up not buying anything else.

There are two Auntie Anne's stalls in the mall. You will usually find freshly baked pretzels there. Staff are nice. Their pretzels make a delicious snack while you're exploring the mall.

Ordered two pretzel bites, original and cinnamon and sugar. Once given the cups I noticed the original didn’t have any salt. I asked to exchange with ones with salt and was told they were out of salt. Asked to exchange and was told I will be charged because other one had to be thrown out. Pretzels were stale and could tell they have been under a heat lamp too long. Second time coming to this location and they no longer have a fresh baked feel to them. Taste like they are mass produced, frozen and heated up each morning just to sit under a heat lamp for the rest of the day. I do not recommend if you’re looking for the flavor from back in the day.
This place fascinates me because it's an enigma. It's a pretzel shop that never has pretzels available. You might get lucky and there will be some cold, plain pretzel nuggets. If you ask for a pretzel, they just tell you they're out and that's the end of the conversation. I haven't encountered a friendly person yet. I will compare it to a kid who has a lemonade stand, but the only thing he has available are some leftover Sweet Tarts from last year's Halloween candy. You're better off going to the kiosk by Wal-Mart, rather than the store front.
