I pulled up 15 minutes before they closed and someone literally ran to lock the door. So glad I used to tip well here. The Fairfax store is only 5 minutes further from where I live. Yeah. Never coming back to this one.

The diqari ice looked disgusting, like it had been sitting there for months. It had a pool of water in it and clumps of other ice cream flavors floating in it. I told the young girl working behind the counter that it looked terrible and should be replaced and she just gave me a dirty look and just stood there and did nothing. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Extremely bad customer service, last night I went there for ice cream, I asked for 3 scoops of ice cream which was $5.48, I told that girl that I want that $5.48 3 scoops she was trying to put in a medium cup , I asked her to put last one in a small cup because there was not enough space that time she didn't tell me that she will charge me more.at the end she charged $8.78, when I asked her why are you charging me more she said because of small cup than I asked her to give me little more ice cream she said why would I give you more both ladies had really bad attitude, don't waste your money and time go somewhere else .ice cream was bad ? too, I wasted my money.the lady was arguing alot .

I dont know I expect businesses like this that pay employees horrible wages to do better but this was bad. Brought my 2&5 year daughters here for ice cream. The ice cream case was empty but it looked like they were cleaning it so I figured maybe they were still serving. After standing there for 15 min being told someone would be right with me I was finally told that they had no ice cream. Not a single customer in the store either so it's not like they were busy.

Employees are lazy and rude. I was in line today with two cashiers open. One was too busy messing with her nails to look up, the other refused to say a single word to customers. No hello, goodbye, nothing. Hot fudge is either never working or burned/lumpy. Ice cream tastes old and freezer burned. Store was not busy, everything was dirty, napkins were completely empty, asked for more, employee rolled her eyes. The worst store this chain has.

I waited a long time in line, half the ice cream flavors were gone, and their smoothie machine was broken. Most likely just that location, but it wasn't a good experience.
