No, no and no! Overheard a bad convo with a customer & associate (since I was waiting) about his ice cream cake. That was to be taken as a bad sign & I should have left. The place was dirty with trash on the tables; the worst part was, that it was summer time & they had no waffle cones. What ice cream spot runs out of waffle cones mid-summer?? It's no for me, dawg!!

I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and respectful! The quality and quality was comparable to any other BR I have been to.

I walked in and waited 11 minutes to be helped while the rude staff didnt even aknowledge me. Meanwhile an older white man cam in and the staff jumped to his aide. I will never and encourage all black customers to stay away from this location

I highly recommend rum n raisins flavor Icecream!! I ordered a double scoop rum n raisins and coconut pineapple Icecream in a waffle cone. The latter one was alright.

31 flavors but no scoops. Stopped in with my family, my parents and inlaws hoping to treat them to some ice cream. My wife wanted a hot fudge Sunday, but there was no fudge. My son wanted a mango smoothie, but there was no mango. My mother in law wanted a scoop in a cup, but there were no spoons, they did offer a sample spoon. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

I love this one in Manassas, out of 3 in Manassas, they are only ones that never run out of different flavors of ice cream or Bananas.??

The employee Jessica argued with us about what we ordered because she didn’t hear correctly. Three of is told her she was incorrect but she insisted she was right and we were all wrong. Horrible service.
